Very poor indeed. Staff notably unfriendly I’m afraid.

Apart from the cold shower, everything else was very good.
Pros:

Room was excellent, bed extremely comfortable.

Cons:

I had no hot water in the morning, ran shower for 5 to 8 minutes and nothing came through, had to have a cod shower, not ideal way to start the day.

Close to where i needed to be

Cons:

The room was old,needed to be freshened up with paint. Lamp shades on wall were broken. Floorboards from ours an neighbouring rooms creaked none stop. Walls where paper thin you could here next rooms. Other customers had no respect for people trying to sleep,banging doors. Room was well overpriced at £135! For the state.

Nice hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, the TV was faulty and replaced within 10 minutes of reporting.
We will definitely stay here again, great hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a bit more accommodating for vegan diners, not much selection.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was exactly where we needed.

Cons:

Apart from the receptionist, the rest of the staff were sullen, with not a smile between them.
The WiFi was very poor.
The double bed was very small.
No choice of tea bags in the room.

Lovely weekend spent in a lovely hotel with great staff
Pros:

Beautiful, large, clean room. Meals were great, we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel both nights. Staff all very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The spiral stairs to our room.
