Ich bin jedes Jahr dort und immer zufrieden mit Petsonal, Sauberkeit und Frühstück..es ist stadtnah und schnell in jede Richtung zu erreichen...ich kann es jederzeit weiter empfehlen. U.Jahns

An der Rezeption müsste man Schokolade und Getränke gekühlt erhalten können..

Lovely old style hotel
Pros:

Lovely old style hotel, not far from Hannover Hbf. Very efficient check-in etc.
Restaurants nearby, Found a 'pub' nearby serving good food and good beer.
Pleased to have a safe in the room.

Cons:

The room we had backed onto the railway - the room had double glazing which soundproofed effectively. However it then became extremely hot overnight. Air con didn't work.

Tolles Hotel mit erstklassigen Frühstück.
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, PKW Hotelvorfahrt möglich, Frühstück Erstklassik. Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße ruhig. Check in, Check out problemlos

Cons:

Durch die Zentrale Lage am Hauptbahnhof sind die Zimmer nach hinten, zu den Gleisen, nicht empfehlenswert. Gute Fenster mindern hier den Lärm schon sehr gut, offenes Fenster ist nicht möglich.

Alles in Allem angenehm aber verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Das Hotel war gut fußläufig vom HBF erreichbar, und die Zimmer sind mit Klima ausgestattet was bei 30 Grad richtig gut war.
Das Frühstücksangebot war ok, könnte aber aufgewertet werden (Wurst, Käseplatten abwechslungsreicher)

Cons:

Mit Frühstück gebucht-auch bekommen- jedoch ist das Personal so im Stress, dass kein Zimmerabgleich erfolgte und es im Frühstücksraum gefühlt hektisch und laut war, auch wurde durch offene Fenster der Raum gelüftet (Fenster in Höhe Bürgersteig mit sichtbarem weggeworfenen Straßenmüll) nicht schön zum ersten Kaffee.

Staff are so kind.
Spacious room.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

No amenities in the room, even its mentioned in the description. Few itmes you shall go down to reception and get it.
The bed is not comfortable at all.
A/C is not working. Opened the window and didn't slept well all knight because of the noise.
