Cons:

Nr 92 waar wij sliepen viel tegen. Simpele kamer aan de drukke straatkant. Bed was redelijk, licht in de badkamer gaat automatisch uit, lastig als je onder de douche staat.
Kamernrs aanduiding was ook niet helemaal duidelijk.
Korte massage geboekt. Deze werd op een zolderkamertje gegeven met weinig sfeer. Geen water aangeboden na de massage.

We vonden het anders fijne en personeel aangenaam
Pros:

De wellness , we mochten er naartoe gaan. Het was gratis in de week en -50% in het week end.
Er zijn ook veel wandelpaden voor de mensen die graag wandelen
Het restaurant bij de wellness is heerlijk en het personeel ook heel angenaam

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet zo uitgebreid. De stopcontact kwam uit de muur in onze kamer. In de frigo stond er nog een halve fles water van de vorige bezoekers

Pros:

Ruime kamer, heel vriendelijk onthaal, genoten van sauna en bubbelbad op de kamer, ontbijt voldoende keuze

Cons:

Straatgeluiden: maar viel ‘s nachts goed mee.
Bijhorende brasserie/restaurant in de Thermen: pannenkoeken niet vers maar uit diepvries opgewarmd waardoor uitgedroogd + zeer vuile suikerstrooiers, personeel daar niet vriendelijk

Chambre propre.

Cons:

-Manque que communication entre les réceptionnistes. J avais demandé un late check out et la réceptionniste a demandé de payé 40 euro à la sortie et finalement un autre réceptionniste est venue toqué pour demandé de descendre payé immédiatement. La femme de chambre à toquer plusieurs fois pour demander quand je partais.
-dommage que le petit déjeuner n est pas plus de choix
