Pros:

Prvi utisak ostavlja osoblje koje je ljubazno i na usluzi u svakom trenutku. Pozitivno nas je iznenadila urednost i čistoća hotela koji se nalazi na izvrsnoj lokaciji. Doručak je uvijek svijež i obilan i hvala domaćici koja se brine o sortiranju i dopuni hrane za doručak. Boravili smo više puta u Istanbulu ali smo tek otkrili ovaj dragulj od hotela koji toplo preporučujemo i ponovo biramo.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro di Sirkeci (un po' in salita, occhio se avete valigie grandi). Camera tripla molto ampia, nella "depandance", non nell'edificio dove c'è la reception ma lì a 20m. Zona silenziosa di notte nonostante la centralità. Acqua offerta. Tè, caffè in polvere e bollitore disponibili. Vengono forniti tanti asciugamani e ciabattine sottili. L'aria condizionata è presente e funziona benissimo. La colazione è in un edificio lì davanti, è un bel buffet variegato (ovviamente c'è prevalentemente salato ma ci sono anche tante marmellatine, pane, miele etc). Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, soprattutto per essere fine agosto.

Cons:

La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare, soprattutto in bagno. Il bagno era piccolissimo e non ci si riusciva a muovere agevolmente. I materassi erano troppo sottili e pieni di bozzi e i letti scricchiolavano nella notte. Avendo la camera sulla scale (strette e ripide!) sentivamo chiunque rientrasse la notte o uscisse la mattina prima di noi, la porta d'ingresso sbattuta e diverse voci - consiglio decisamente di portare tappi per le orecchie e mascherina per gli occhi.
A parte la pulizia (che andrebbe sicuramente migliorata) sono tutti dettagli che per il prezzo molto conveniente si potrebbero soprassedere.

CAMERA 102 DE LA DEMISOL ESTE CA ÎNTR-UN FILM HORROR
Pros:

Locatia aproape de centru, baietii de la receptie super ok, am intrat mai devreme in camera.

Cons:

Feriți-vă de camera 102 de la demisol este horror, este exact cum a mai fost descrisă de cineva geamuri nu ai spre afara doar curte interioara si este un perete, la str ai usa si un geam usa este legata cu lanț si este din tabla si daca este cineva cazat deasupra scartie dusumeau de zici ca se darmana pe tine face un zgomot f tare ma mir cum nu sau trezit copii (nu stiu ce facea vecinul deasupra alerga prin camera) Micul dejun slabut dar este ok zici sa mananci ceva de dimineata (ai aceeași mancare in fiecare zi) .
Nu as mai repeta experienta asta sincer am vrut sa plec dar era deja platita. De curatenie nu stau mai zic acuma ca nu sunt eu ala carcotas dar nu era lux era accetabil, normal ca era vopseaua scorojita pe usi.... Peretii murdari nu prea pun eu pret pe astea.

Πολύ καλο το πρωινό και γλυκήτατη η κυρία που το ετείμαζε απο τις 6 ώρα το πρωί! Ανταποκρίθηκαν στο αίτημα για την διόρθωση της δυσοσμίας άμεσα αλλα νομίζω με προσωρίνη λύση.

Cons:

Υπήρχε μια ελαφριά δυσοσμία στο δωμάτιο. Είχαμε ζητήσει να έχουμε κάποια λύση την τελευταία μέρα για το πρωίνό γιατί φεύγαμε νωρίτερα πριν ανοίξει η κουζίνα, στα μηνύματα πριν φτάσουμε μας είχανε επιβεβαιωσή οτι θα υπήρχε κάποια λύση αλλα όταν ήρθε η ώρα μας είπαν οτι δεν γίνεται.

The location was nice

Cons:

The stairs are extremely narrow, the windows are very thin, and unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. It honestly looked like it had not been properly cleaned for several days.

The bed was also incredibly noisy and uncomfortable, to the point that it was almost impossible to sleep.

On top of that, the main door to the hotel does not close, and there is no one at the entrance or reception. This made me feel particularly unsafe, especially because the room doors themselves are very flimsy and do not feel secure at all.

Istanbul is a city where you need to be fresh and full of energy every day because there is so much to see and do. Unfortunately, because of the lack of sleep and the terrible bed, every day felt extremely long and tiring. It really affected my entire experience of the city.

I have been traveling for 15 years and have never written a review before. This is genuinely my first one, because I have never experienced something like this. I was honestly scared and extremely disappointed with the experience.
