Center of Cusco. Close to the main square. Historic beautiful building. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff both at the reception and in the kitchen/restaurant.

Amazing place! Traditionally decorated rooms, traditional buildings, a superb view of the city and mountain peaks from the family suite, breakfast was delicious, cooked to order plus many buffet options. The restaurant was a highlight of it all - with the most caring and dedicated chef. She even went to her own garden in the dark to bring us some munya tea leaves!! The best accommodation during our 3 week Peru trip!

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war jedoch eher wie ein Bunker mit einem Fenster zur Strasse, um aus diesem Fenster zu schauen, musste man sich auf einen Stuhl stellen.

El Balcon is stunning; the views of Cusco from the property, the garden is beautiful + many of the restaurant herbs come directly from it, the rooms are lovely. This is a wonderful place to stay in Cusco, just a short walk to the Plaza and its sights, but tucked away enough to get a good nights sleep and feel like you're in a different world.

Real fireplaces, fresh locally farmed food, and excellent house keeping.
Excellent from start to finish. They surprised us with a room upgrade at check-in, and the room was clean, comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was good, and the staff — both day and night shifts — were friendly, available and genuinely attentive. Easily one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended, good value and relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent location and helpful staff. The kitchen staff for the breakfast were very friendly. The hotel has been recently renovated so the rooms are clean and modern.
The WiFi was not very strong in our room. The heating was a portable heater and a couple of times it could have been a little warmer. I would recommend the hotel place air fresheners in the bathroom as at times it did get a bit smelly. I think that was down to the water though and not the the cleanliness, which we had no problem with.
