Pros:

Me gustó que me pudieron facilitar una habitación más amplia al resto. El personal muy eficiente y amable.

Cons:

El agua caliente tardó un poco en salir de.la regadera. Y sería más cómodo contar con una puerta en forma para dividir el baño del dormitorio.

Very bad.
Cons:

The staff accused me of smoking because they saw me smoking outside but the hallway was smelling like cigarettes the security guard came to knock I asked him to come in and smell that I was not but the front desk had already decided it was me. And fine me $2,000 pesos. I guess she decided it was me way before I came down to talk to her. She had already called my room to say it was me. Bad service. The restaurant the food is not so good. The sampler it's just nuggets and cheese stick cooked in the microwave. Horrible.

Washer dryer combo- no instructions on it. Did not actually dry our clothing. Housekeeping saved the day by offering to dry our clothing
