Destacó la amabilidad del personal tanto de mostrador como de limpieza y la gente del desayuno todos muy agradables al trato. La ubicación genial a 1 cuadra de la av corrientes donde hay de todo para hacer y muy cerca de estaciones de subte y colectivos.

El personal amabilísimo, tanto en recepción como el personal de limpieza de habitaciones y el encargado de los desayunos. La limpieza excelente, la tranquilidad de la habitación así como su tamaño todo my por encima de nuestras expectativas.
Creo que el desayuno podría mejorar un poco en cuento a la parte no dulce. Tal vez algo más proteico además de huevos, salchichas y jamón. Por lo demás, perfecto. Fruta y dulces en cantidad, jugos, café e infusiones...todo muy abundante y bien servido.
Ubicación perfecta para conocer los lugares más estrategicos de Buenos Aires.

A mejorar el desayuno debería mejorar y poner mas surtidos de frutas y los deberían ser naturales.
We arrived early (we knew we were early) and only wanted to check our bags and put a card on file for incidentals so the 2:00 check-in would be quick. The front desk was dismissive from the moment we walked in, would not slow down long enough to understand I was handing over a credit card for the hold, and when I came back from the restroom the card had been handed back unprocessed. Nothing was set up for our room.
The advertised sauna is one dry sauna that never got properly hot, with no lockers and nothing else besides a gym. The room has hospital-ward overhead lighting, no rugs, tile everywhere, and feels cold and sterile. The shower is one big block with no handheld hose and it drains poorly. There is no ramp into the building, so luggage is a lift-and-carry job. At $160 a night the value was already off before anything else happened.
Then the stay went from disappointing to uncomfortable. It is a suite-style hotel with a living area and four chairs, and staff refused to let two friends up for a drink while we got dressed. At 5:30 AM the hotel phoned our room, waking us, to accuse us of smoking weed on the balcony. We were not. We booked on a 9/10 score expecting a 9/10 experience. Two stars would be too generous. One star. Book elsewhere.

La ubicación, el trato del personal y el precio
Estuvimos 6 días y no nos remplazaron nunca las cortesías de la habitación, cosas como el té, el café, el agua, los artículos de aseo como isopos, gorra de baño etc., que sólo estuvieron el día que ocupamos la habitación.
El personal atento, predispuesto a hacerse eco de nuestras necesidades. El hotel es muy cómodo, espacios amplios, limpio. La ubicación muy buena.
