Nous avons aimé l‘ emplacement car proche de la gare de Belval Université. J’ai aimé le gel douche.

Cons:

Il faisait une chaleur d‘ enfer. La clim etait centralisée. On a appelé la réception mais il vient pour nous informer qu’on ne peut rien faire. J aurais voulu partir après la 1ere nuit. Dormir dans une chambre d hôtel et transpirer la nuit c’est impossible. La réception n était pas climatisée donc aucun moyen de se rafraîchir. Nous avons quitté l hôtel à 7h car je n en pouvais plus. Pas de brosse de wc dans la minuscule salle de bain. Pas de bouteille d eau pour accueillir, mini- télé. Nous n avons pas reçu le code internet.

A very convenient hotel with an excellent location in Belval, but with small, very basic rooms.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right next to the Rockhal and very convenient if you need to be in Belval or are attending an event there. Everything you need in the area is easy to reach. The room was functional, and everything that needed to work did work.

Cons:

The room was rather small and felt quite basic. The bathroom was particularly unusual: it is plastic cabin placed inside the room, with a strong camping-style impression. It was functional and everything worked, but compared with what I would normally expect from a hotel bathroom, it felt rather cheap. The staff were correct, but the welcome felt quite impersonal, more like being processed than genuinely received.
