L’accueil et le personnel , l'ambiance et la décoration de l'hôtel ainsi que son emplacement évidemment qui permet d'être a pieds😊

La literie ultra confortable, j'y ai très bien dormi et l'agencement de la chambre également.

L'insonorisation, malgré " le coeur de ville " je n'ai eu aucune nuisances , que c'est agréable et reposant.

Le prix réduit avec ma chambre pour mon véhicule au belval plaza center malgré les places restreintes .

La formule express petit déjeuner et son service parfaits .

J'oubliais : les kalanchoés naturelles sur chaque table et le thé en vrac : de vrais bonheurs

Cons:

Sans gravité mais il manque une grille à la bouche d'aération de la douche.

De précédents clients " sales " ont laissé des traces de nourriture sur le rideau occultant .

Vous n’y êtes pour rien mais trouver de petites traces de nourriture dans une chambre même laisse sur un bureau laisse un peu à désirer.

Un dernier détail : le rideau occultant " glisse mal sur sa tringle,ce n’est pas très ergonomique : il faudrait peut-être installé un autre système .

Je parle en toute honnêteté et cela ne m'empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion.

Pros:

Tolle Lage im Zentrum und direkt gegenüber der Konzerthalle. Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Ausstattung für einen Kurztrip, beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei

Cons:

Obwohl deutschsprachige Rezeption in der Beschreibung angegeben ist, gibt es leider keine Mitarbeiter, die Deutsch verstehen oder sprechen, Kommunikation ist nur auf Englisch oder Französisch möglich

Ideal für einen Besuch in der Rockhal, saubere Zimmer und freundliche Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Bereits unser 2. Besuch, denn die Lage zur Rockhal ist einfach perfekt.
Wir wurden wieder sehr freundlich empfangen, die Mitarbeitenden (auch beim Frühstück ) sind immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber sehr sauber!
Es gibt glutenfreie Brötchen auf Wunsch zum Frühstück. Diese werden in einer verschweißten Plastikverpackung erwärmt. Daher keine Kontamination möglich und somit perfekt bei Zöliakie.

Cons:

Zu wenige Handtücher. Es gibt pro Person nur ein Handtuch (Duschtuch), ein kleines Handtuch wäre schon sehr wünschenswert.

Das Hotel selbst verfügt über keine eigenen Parkplätze, als Gast kann man aber vergünstigt im gegenüberliegenden Einkaufszentrum parken. Auch diesen Tarif empfanden wir als sehr teuer, daher haben wir den den überdachten P+R Parkplatz hinter dem Einkaufszentrum genutzt (15€ für 24Std.). Das Hotel ist fussläufig durch das Einkaufszentrum ideal erreichbar.
