Beautiful historic hotel in the city centre
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in an exceptional location in Cartagena. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a few very comfortable days (including a fridge). Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was varied and very satisfying, even for vegetarians (which is not easy in Colombia). Although the hotel is in the historic (and party) centre, our room was on the highest floor and we didn't really hear any noise from outside.

Cons:

There is no lift for people - only for luggage - in case this is an issue for you. We also did not use the pool, but in reality it did not look exactly like the photos and we were not so tempted.

Bonne situation dans la vieille ville

Cons:

Attente de 2h dans une moiteur accablante avant d'obtenir notre chambre, finalement à 15h pile heure de checkin normale , alors que nous avions annoncé notre arrivée à 13h depuis fort longtemps. Ils ont prétexté un menage en cours mais nous navons vu passé personne. Aucun arrangement possible. C'est dommage.
Petit déjeuner assez médiocre par rapport à tous les autres que nous avons pris en Colombie.

Quarto limpo, amplo e confortável. Localização excelente, bem no centro de tudo.

Cons:

Café da manhã super limitado. Entregam um papelzinho por hóspede para preencher: uma opção de pão, uma opção de bebida, 2 acompanhamentos para o pão e 2 frutas.

Ubicación excelente en el centro histórico. El hotel es muy muy lindo, y las habitaciones muy cómodas y bonitas también. El desayuno estaba bien

Cons:

Lamentablemente el baño especialmente la ducha y el piso estaban sucios, con pelos de otra gente y todo. Por otro lado no nos avisaron de que había un impuesto pendiente y fue incómodo que nos cobrarán cuando íbamos a salir de afán. El costo es significativo y pues aumentó bastante sin previo aviso. Deben cobrar y anunciar el precio total con impuestos desde el inicio.

Hotel limpo nas áreas comuns e quarto. Decoração graciosa. Piscina gostosa. Funcionários atenciosos. Localização é excepcional dentro da cidade amuralhada. Rua super tranquila até bem tarde. Na mesma rua tem alguns restaurantes e a poucos metros também. As mais diversas diversas lojas, sorveterias, mercados… tudo a poucos passos. Nenhum perigo para quem vai sozinho ou com criança. O quarto que fiquei - no quarto andar - é espaçoso, reformado, com ar condicionado (imprescindível), TV, banheiro grande com ducha boa e água quentinha. Café da manhã com 4 tipos de pães, queijos, frutas, suco, iogurte, cereal, leite…! Cheguei antes do check in, minhas malas ficaram guardadas, pude usar o banheiro que fica próximo a recepção, ofereceram banho.

Cons:

A minha única insatisfação: não tem elevador. E são 4 andares de quartos.

Não tem elevador, então dependendo do andar do quarto, a subida cansa; No quarto que fiquei hospedada, juntaram duas camas de solteiro para formar uma de casal, então não ficou muito confortável.
