Right in the heart of the old town was as central as you can get! Super lovely staff, plunge pool to cool off, it was terrific!!

Nice charming old house in the best location!
Pros:

The location is just the best. The room was a little bit small but it's a colonial old house very beautiful so it's totally acceptable. Air conditioning took long to cold the room but it worked. The breakfast was simple but really nice. The shower had hot water and worked perfectly well (even though I took a cold shower because the city is extremely hot).

Cons:

The room cleaning I believe could be improved specially behind the bed. The bed could be more comfortable.

Atendimento que abraça, lugar impecável e localização perfeita: experiência inesquecível.
Pros:

A hospedagem foi perfeita do primeiro ao último dia.
Todos da recepção são muito simpáticos e solícitos, sempre esclarecendo nossas dúvidas. Muitas vezes falavam em português, e quando não sabiam, falavam devagar para nos ajudar. No primeiro dia nos ajudaram a levar as malas, ficamos no último andar e o acesso é somente por escadas, e no último dia nos ajudaram a chamar o Uber e carregar as malas novamente. Como o centro é bem difícil para carros circularem, o recepcionista até foi procurar o Uber seguindo o mapa.

O pessoal que organiza tudo e o café da manhã também foram excelentes.
A limpeza do local inteiro estava impecável.

A localização, bem no centro, permitiu conhecer tudo a pé.

Cons:

Vimos que tinha um elevador de malas, mais a princípio não estava funcionando.

La ubicación es espectacular, en pleno centro de la ciudad amurallada, a pocos pasos de los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad. Las habitaciones superiores con vista al exterior son geniales, espaciosas y el techo alto.

Cons:

El checkin bastante lento, en especial cuando tienes niños en horario tarde, sin posibilidades de seguir a la habitación mientras otro hace el check-in.
La habitación estándar es un poco estrecha, solo para llegar a dormir.
El desayuno es todos los días el mismo, lo cual cansa.
El baño deja salir el agua si no te bañas rápido, lo cual es bueno para no gastar tanta agua

Apesar dos pesares, voltaria pela localização e o estilo!

A localização é muito boa!! A piscina ajuda a resolver o calor. O ar condicionado funciona bem Tem o charme de Cartagena. Portaria atenciosa.

Não tem elevador e fiquei no quarto andar . O café da manhã é bom mas não permite repetições . O chuveiro poderia ter água quente. Na hora da conta foi incluído 6% de gorjeta além do preço do booking.
