Personal details hacked
Cons:

Bannatyne’s booking system was hacked. All the details I provided while booking were stolen by and as a result I suffered some extremely convincing phishing attempts. When I raised this hotel management were aware of the hack. I find it belies and astonishing lack of care for their customers that they did not proactively make us aware of the problem. Presumably if anyone lost money through the phishing attempts the hotel would be liable for not disclosing what they knew. Bottom line - I don’t think they care one bit about their guests.

It was a lovely night away.
Pros:

Dinner was absolutely delicious - really good quality fine dining experience. The staff in the dining room were very friendly. Breakfast was also very good and plentiful. Our room was lovely except there was a problem with the shower as it was running cold.

Reasonable. Room comfortable.
