Vue & localisation exceptionnelle mais ça manque d’amour.
Pros:

Localisation est super directement sur water street et la vue des chambres avec chaises et balcon/espace c’est vraiment agréable et c’est le gros point fort de l’établissement.

Les lits sont confortables, la litrerie également.

La station café et la gentillesse de la dame anglaise à la réception.

Cons:

Nous y avons effectué deux séjours cet été 2026. L’odeur de vieux tapis mouillé à l’entrée nous happe violemment à la réception , la vestuosité des équipements est flagrante, la piscine est vraiment dégoûtante, et les endroits communs ex: corridor. Les chambres sont propres sans plus. La vue sur l’eau est exceptionnelle mais cet endroit manque clairement d’amour. Il y a trop de meubles mal agencés et c’est chargé inutilementet dans les chambres.

Le frigo qui coulait chambre 104. (09-2026)

Lors de nos deux séjours, nous avons dû relancer à plusieurs reprises pour que la chambre soit faite et pour qu’on nous donne le bon nombre de serviettes.

Great view. That's it.
Pros:

The view from the balcony was outstanding. Absolutely beautiful! The shower was also good even though the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. There were several small bottles available under sink, but I had to leave shower to retrieve them. Also, the faucet is at the wrong end of the shower. You have to be actually in the shower before turning the water on and adjust water temperature.

Cons:

Room decor was dreadful. Desk was worn out, one piece of "artwork" was hung too high and crooked. Coffee maker power cord didnt reach outlet and was filled with old water from who knows when. 2 chairs in room didnt match. Pillows were small and square and not fluffy. Beds were mediocre. TV needs an upgrade. Old fashioned cable box just dangling from wall. Needed 2 remotes to operate it. Hole in bathroom wall with tape over it. Plenty of dirt and hair behind toilet and beds. Lighting in room was horrendous. It would be great if surgery was being performed. Not warm at all. AC unit was loud. Could hear the units from other rooms. Plain only doughnuts available for breakfast were inedible.

Séjour agréable mais avec un gros point négatif pour la propreté
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé, personnel agréable, chambre offrant une vue sur la mer. Nous avons eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec une porte permettant de sortir sur une terrasse ouverte avec des chaises permettant de profiter de la vue et du coucher de soleil. Petit point négatif concernant cette terrasse, toutes les chambres au même niveau avaient le même accès et il y avait donc pas mal de passage.

Cons:

Chambre pas propre : des crasses étaient toujours présentes sous le bureau et, comme nous marchions à pieds nus dans la chambre, la plante de nos pieds nous montrait aussi que le sol n'était pas des mieux lavé.
Il est dommage de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel.
La piscine disponible ne semblait pas très entretenue non plus et ne donnait pas trop envie d'y aller.

Super Clean and Value-Priced. Close to the Heart of Town and Wharf.
Pros:

Jerry at the Check-in was Extremely Upbeat and friendly. Plus the 2 other gentlemen during the PM shift were SUPER Friendly and even went to get ice for me upstairs due to my sprained-ankle.

Cons:

The bathroom door was hard to shut and noisy, i forgot to mention to the staff... Room 103

Location and view are amazing. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Could see they have updated various parts of the room but not everything yet. Pool had a great view a little worn but clean!

Cons:

Parking is limited on site but there were options for free parking on the road.
Walkout area needs a few repairs.

A Beautiful Hotel On The Waterfront
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel. It's a short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a flickering light bulb in the bathroom and it was fixed immediately.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a well equipped bathroom plus a coffee maker and ice maker.
The view from the balcony over the bay is beautiful. We caught a lovely sunset and sunrise over the water.
Complementary coffee, tea, donuts and yogurt available in the lobby in the morning.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
