Pros:

The view was great.

Cons:

Could hear every footstep upstairs and conversation next door. Sound proofing was nonexistent.

Un établissement à gros prix, négligé par les années.
Pros:

Pas grand-chose. Après nous avoir demandé si on avait réservé avec Booking, on nous a upgradé pour une suite 2 lits queen standard au lieu d'une chambre standard 2 lits queen. On a pensé que c'était une bonne nouvelle. Oh que non!
La vue et l'emplacement sont bien mais disponibles ailleurs. On a regretté de ne pas avoir demandé de voir les 2 chambres avant d'accepté la proposition. Un établissement qui vit sur sa réputation du passé.

Cons:

Au coup d'oeil, ce fut impressionnant mais petit à petit, j'ai constaté que nous étions soit, dans le rangement du vieux mobiliers ''encore bons'' ou dans la chambre de travailleurs temporaires dans la région. Seule la salle de bain était bien. Tout était négligé voir désuet. Fils des 2 tv qui pendent, taches de peinture un peu partout, un dosseret tapisserie acheté au Dollorama qui commence à décoller, chambre pour 4 et seulement 2 chaises pour les repas. Aucune chaise pour le bureau/console. Il y avait encore de l'eau dans le réservoir de la machine à café et le couvercle sur la climatisation cassé.

Pros:

La vue de la chambre sur la baie, c’est juste wow, l’épicerie proche et à côté du centre ville.

Nous avions une chambre rénovée et la toilette refait au complet. Et des planchés de bois refait.

Cons:

Le matelas n’était pas confortable, il devrait être changé. Aussi de changer le mobilier serait bien, car désuet.

First time in St Andrews.
Pros:

Perfect location.

Cons:

The adjoining door between our room and the next room had no lock and there was only a large sheet of styrofoam in the space between the 2 rooms.

Pros:

Renovated rooms, clean, comfortable beds, nice access to sea view backyard. Fridge and microwave were convenient.

Cons:

A safe in the room would be ideal. Also a hangar in the bathroom for towel would be helpful.

Pros:

Le service du personnel accueillant et souriant ça vaut beaucoup. Endroit situé sur le bord de l'eau pour admirer les marées tout en restant à l'hôtel. Endroit à quelques pas des restaurants, et bien situé près de certaines attractions. Notre séjour a été parfait.

Pros:

Great central location. We were able to walk everywhere

Cons:

The main reason I rated this place low is the cleanliness, cheap bedsheets and super loud air conditioners. When I walked in I saw a layer of dust everywhere. Seemed like they hadn’t rented that room for a while and forgot to check it.
