Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful. Good selection of available shows to watch on the television. Staff was very friendly and good conversationalists. Lovely stay overall.

Cons:

There was no pool as promised upon the original booking date. Dead cockroach found in our bathroom, presumably crawled through the shower drain. Edges/bottoms of the mattresses were a bit dirty.

overall the stay was great, rooms beautiful and comfortable everything was clean and fresh.
Pros:

Location was nice it was close to everything we had planned to do. The room was beautiful the beds slept really good. Overall I would say its probably the best room I've stayed in.

Cons:

I DIDNT LIKE HAVING NO ICE ON MY FLOOR AND HAVING TO GO TO THE 1ST FLOOR TO GET ICE

That chilli's is right in the same parking lot

Cons:

Bed could have been cleaner, found a hair under my pillow when inspecting it before use. Only one plug in the bthrm made it tough for me and my friend to do it hair at the same time

I would definitely stay at this facility again. And recommend it to everyone I know.
Pros:

Staff was excellent. They were very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable when asked about things to do close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

At first, it was a little tricky getting into the area because I thought I was going in the wrong direction since is well hidden.
