No hay personal de limpieza en la noche, tuve una situación con mi bebe en la habitacion y tuve que limpiar todo yo misma porque no había personal, hasta cambiar la ropa de cama.

-Solicité antes de llegar utensilios para la cocina, al llegar le dije a la recepcionista y me dijo que si estaban, entré a la habitación y no habían...
Me llevaron dos ollas viejas y unas cucharones, no llevaron cubiertos.
- Dos días no había agua caliente, tenía que avisar a recepción para que revisaran y dejar correr el agua mucho tiempo ( 10 minutos) para que calentara.
- El baño no tiene extractor ni ventilación natural
