Todo bien
O quarto era ótimo, grande com boas camas e chuveiros bons.
Para 5 pessoas, havia que dividir uma cama de casal pequena, não havia toalhas para todos (pegamos na recepcao) e nao tinha utensílios de cozinha adequados para 5 pessoas. Tivemos que ir buscar na recepcao também.
Me gustó la ubicación, el personal y el desayuno. todo estaba demasiado completo en ese aspecto.
Para nuestra estadía, y su intención era ir a un concierto, el hotel nos permitió conseguir un conductor puntual que nos llevó y nos trajo de vuelta, haciéndonos sentir seguros en todo momento.
- Había una terrible recepción del Internet, nunca se llegó a conectar a mi dispositivo, y tuve que usar mis datos móviles todo el tiempo.
- En la habitación había una pequeña estufa, con refrigerador y micro-ondas, sin embargo no contaba con algún tipo de utensílios, cacerolas o sartenes ya que la idea inicial era cocinar en parte algo de almuerzo. Al no contar con estas tuvimos que recurrir a comprar almuerzos afuera, cosa que queríamos evitar.
Buena ubicación, cama muy cómoda en general estuvo muy bien.
Incluso pedí prestada una plancha de ropa y me la prestaron sin problema.
Que el día q viajábamos ya fuera de Colombia aun no estaba el desayuno a las 6 am así que tuvimos que irnos.

Este hospedaje destacable el personal y el desayuno, la ubicación excelente. Cama agradable, se descansa bien.
Aquí las habitaciones están muy golpeadas, primera habitación que nos dan falta toalla y baño no funciona, lo repararon pero quedo pasando agua directo al piso. Segunda habitación faltan toalla TV sin control, la habitación es el fallo les hace falta una re acondicionado

The service and breakfast was very good. The location is okay . It is a luxurious ish building so it was nice to have that after being in other hotels .
I didn't like that they wouldn't check us in early, when clearly bedrooms were available. I also didn't like that I wasn't offered a different room when upon check-in the water was cold , but freezing cold. It was the last two nights I was offered a new room .
