Standard hotel, had its own parking (free)

Cons:

Horrible smell in the room, I think it was coming from the bathroom. Didn’t go away at all.

V sobi ogromno komarjev, ki vstopijo skozi vzdrževalni jašek. V kopalnici slabo prezracevanje.

El desayuno fue muy completo y ademas solicité productos sin gluten y me los proporcionaron sin problemas. Todo muy rico. La habitacion completa, muy silenciosa y el baño amplio y con todo lo necesario. La camada comoda.

Moderní hotel s pohodlnými postelemi, dobrými snídaněmi a parkováním přímo u hotelu.
Pros:

Hotel jsme využili na dvoudenní pobyt a byli jsme spokojeni. Jedná se o moderní hotel s příjemným a ochotným personálem na recepci. Cestoval jsem na motocyklu, proto jsem ocenil parkoviště přímo u hotelu. Nebylo sice oplocené, ale bylo monitorováno kamerovým systémem, takže jsem měl o motorku dobrý pocit.
Pokoj byl čistý, vše bylo funkční a postele velmi pohodlné. Oceňuji také klidné prostředí a celkově dobrou úroveň ubytování. Velkým plusem byly snídaně formou bufetu s dobrým výběrem jídel a nápojů.
Po příjezdu jsme nemuseli hledat restauraci v okolí, protože přímo v přízemí hotelu je restaurace, kde jsme se pohodlně navečeřeli. Celkově velmi příjemný pobyt a dobrý poměr ceny a kvality.

Cons:

Nemám žádné zásadní připomínky. Pobyt splnil naše očekávání a vše proběhlo bez problémů.

I booked the holiday inn Gibraltar
It clearly states holiday inn Gibraltar
So I booked for one night
On Sunday I arrived at the hotel
Tried to book in
I was told I had come to the wrong holiday inn
My holiday inn is on the Spanish side of the border
No were on the description does it state it is not in Gibraltar
Why would I search for a hotel in Gibraltar and book one in Spain
I use booking.com a lot and i feel I have conned out of my money because of the way the location is described it should say not in Gibraltar the hotel is in Spain
You should make it clear to customers about the location of hotels
My hotel was in a completely different country
Regards a very disappointed loyal booking.com customer
