Wij kregen via Booking.com vooraf een upgrade aangeboden naar een kamer die volgens de beschrijving was voorzien van airconditioning. Dit leek ons een goed idee het kon weleens warm worden. Bij aankomst bleek er echter geen airco aanwezig te zijn, maar slechts een ventilator. Toen wij dit aankaartten bij de eigenaar, werd erkend dat de kamer niet voldeed aan wat was aangeboden, maar het extra betaalde bedrag voor de upgrade werd niet terugbetaald.

Als compensatie wilde de eigenaar ons een drankje aanbieden. Wij vonden dit geen passende oplossing voor het verschil tussen wat was beloofd en wat daadwerkelijk werd geleverd. Heel erg jammer, want een correcte afhandeling van deze situatie is juist belangrijk. Helaas hebben wij hierdoor een negatieve ervaring overgehouden aan ons verblijf en zouden we het niet snel aanbevelen. Voor de eigenaar is dit een gemiste kans.

Rooms have no A/C. Normally not an issue, but it was really warm in the rooms. Although the staff did put fans in place trying to remediate the hot temperature

Beautiful little get away

Zeer proper vriendelijk personeel het restaurant was zeer gezellig en het eten was zeer lekker

Cons:

Wel de trap in de kamer was voor ons gevaarlijk een beetje stijl en de TV . Ging niet maar een echt probleem was het niet we waren te moe maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Een absolute aanrader!!!
Pros:

Prachtig pand en zeer vriendelijke uitbater! Het ontbijt was top! Het terras achteraan was super met een prachtig uitzicht!

Cons:

We hadden een slaapkamer aan de straatkant. Er was veel verkeer ‘s nachts wat een beetje storend was.

Matige hotel ervaring.
Pros:

Statig pand met een mooi terras die uitkijkt over een prachtige tuin!
Voortreffelijk ontbijt, alles ruim voldoende.

Cons:

Kamers zijn oké, zijn wel aan wat renovatie toe.
Wel slecht geslapen door het constante getik (snel, traag, luider, stiller,...) van de verwarming ofzo, op onze kamer lag ze af, maar ik hoorde het van ergens onder ons. Gans de nacht door. Heel vervelend.

Superbe petit hôtel familial !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel familial dans une ancienne et jolie demeure, avec un beau parc qui doit être très agréable en été.
Je recommande le petit déjeuner réalisé sur le moment par le cuisinier avec des produits frais.
