Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от центра города, рядом супермаркет и много кафе. Персонал отзывчивый и пытается помочь чем может.

Cons:

Ремонта в отеле не было лет 30 ! Кровати необходимо поменять, от них неприятный запах. В душе очень маленький умывальник, умыться нормально невозможно. Полотенца чтобы поменять, надо постоянно просить,и они такие, что больше на половые тряпки похожи.

Хамство на рецепшн,и ложь при бронировании террасы не допустимо

Ужасно неприветливый,даже хамский тон персонала на рецепшн,было ощущение что я пришел не заселяться в отель,а к ним домой лично.Так же при бронировании было указано что в номере будет терраса,она была,а вот выхода на нее не было,с двери снята ручна и сама дверь прикручена гвоздями каким-то,когда я обратился на рецепшн чтобы уточнить этот момент,на меня посмотрели как на дурочка,спросили местный ли я,и сказали что власти Риги запретили выходить на террасы и балконы

мебель очень расшатана, почти разваливается. Не везде есть разетки около кровати. В одном номере кровать с наклоном, скатываешься
