Pros:

The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The room was a bit stuffy, dust on furniture.Allergies was aggravated by carpets. I would have preferred a room with tiles. The pillows were not comfortable. I

Good location and friendly staff but facilities lacking for a Hotel and Spa. Not as advertised.
Pros:

Safe and in a quiet area.

Cons:

The SPA was closed for renovations. The cappuchino machine was out of order. Hair dryer from reception was given but not in working condition. Water supply was off for 24 hours.
