The place is remarkable. The staff were amazing.

Some of the employees were very supportive and friendly. The friendly restaurant employees. The quiet location and the great breakfast.
I arrived early. 11am. Even though they charged me an additional fee of 500R. As it is a no-smoking hotel, the people were forced to smoke outside. Right infront of the reception there were always smoked cigarettes on the ground. Maybe a ashtray will solve the issue. One day i was passing staff and i heard them saying that i must be on wheat. I don’t even smoke. Not nice.
Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig.
Es war alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Personal teilweise genervt von Fragen und früh 6Uhr war halligalli im Gemeinschaftsraum der Mitarbeiter.

I booked my room online and paid,but each time l wanted to eat l was being asked how are you paying cause you are owing us you didnt pay anything,when l go to check @ the reception whatz going on,everything is ok
How can the reception and restaurant not have the same information. On top of that when they exchange shifts, the person on the current shift has to call the previous person for them to explain what going on before am assisted
