Tegenvaller. Bouillon was uitgestorven.
Pros:

Ontbijt was prima.
Garage voor de motoren

Cons:

Kamer had geen airco
Badkamer was gedateerd
Weinig wandcontactdozen
Prijs was veel te hoog voor het gebodene.
Vrijwel alle restaurants waren gesloten
Bouillon begint vervallen oude glorie te worden.

Lovely hotel and nice staff, a nice stop
Pros:

Booking in, lovely location, lovely old interior, secure parking for our motorcycles.

Cons:

Wouldn't serve just a coffee at breakfast time outside or in the bar, had to buy a complete breakfast.

Perfect location , quiet even through central
Pros:

Parking was excellent, easy to move baggage from car park to lift in hotel.
Room was clean tidy and bathroom was good.
River view with 2 armchairs in the room with opening french windows

Cons:

Squeaking floorboards but it is an 18th century hotel

Pros:

Mooie locatie en geweldig ontbijtbuffet (met champagne).

Cons:

Geen airco en kleine badkamer voor deze prijs. Jammer dat je moet betalen voor het stallen van je fiets in de garage.

Schön, direkt am Fluss gelegenes Hotel. Ein traditionsreiches Haus. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit dem Blick auf den Fluss.
Hoteleigene Garage, in der wir unser Motorrad sicher abstellen durften.

Prima hotel maar helaas voelde het niet erg gastvrij aan.
Pros:

Mooie locatie, gedateerd hotel. Personeel was niet erg gemotiveerd bij aankomst om ons gastvrij te ontvangen.
Mooi ontbijt in leuke ruimte.

Cons:

Voor het eerst na vele jaren moesten wij betalen voor het stallen van onze fietsen. Onacceptabel. Ook waren er geen oplaadpunten en de ruimte op zich was een hoek in de garage.

Another wonder visit to Bouillon
Pros:

Staff super friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend the BOM on site restaurant perfect for meat eater and vegetarians.

Brilliant location, let down by the basics
Pros:

The hotel's location is superb. Right in the city centre, with its own parking. The staff are very friendly and speak perfect Dutch, which is rare in Wallonia. The restaurant was just okay.

Cons:

The hotel WiFi is just terrible. I needed to get some work done and simply couldn't - and I only needed it for writing text, not even streaming movies or loading images. I really don't understand how places still offer such a poor internet experience in 2026 (!). By now, reliable internet should be a basic commodity. It wasn't working in the room, and not in the lobby or restaurant either.

Sleep is a challenge here too: you hear everything, and the floors creak so loudly that you're wide awake the moment someone moves four rooms away.

Heerlijk verblijf voor herhaling vatbaar
