Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note when booking 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. Well recommend ,staff is really nice lovely breakfast room was clean and bed so comfortable
Pros:

Lovely place to stayed so clean bed was so comfortable toilet and bath so lovely , good breakfast .

Cons:

During our stay it was summer time,we’re on the top floor yes we had small electric fan because of the humid weather I requested for aircon I fortunately they don’t have that time

Pros:

Close to the BIC hence the reason for booking Trouville. Room was good.

Cons:

Told restaurant would be open, it wasn’t. Advertising the cafe on website for snacks, none available.
Mattress too hard for our liking.

Pros:

To kolejny hotel i krótki weekendowy wypad z dziećmi. Hotel oceniam bardzo wysoko, przede wszystkim czysty pokój,łazienka, osobny pokój dla dzieci z piętrowym łóżkiem i telewizorem daje dodatkowy atut wypoczynkowy. Restauracja b dobrze zaopatrzona aby zjeść smacznie rodzinne śniadanie. Basen nie ma szału no ale w tej cenie wiadomo....basen zaliczony , Ogólnie polecam praktycznie 5 minut do miasta, oceanarium i plaży. Na pewno jeśli będzie okazja na dobę w dobrej cenie to wrócimy.

Cons:

Bardzo duszno na basenie, płytki nie zbyt czyste fugi w pleśni, Basen jest usytuowany w podpiwniczeniu z klimatyzacją, szału nie ma. Plus głęboko na 1.5 m dzieci były zadowolone
