The Alma Hotel

The location was superb for us and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and a very vibey bar in the evenings made for a fun time with friends and family.

The Alma is in a perfect location, right by the train stain.

the hotel was very easy to get to, being right across the street from the railway station. The staff were lovely; breakfast was a hit; the root was large and comfortable - Karina at the front desk noticed that there was a problem with my charge and made sure it was taken care of - why is this kind of customer service so rare in the world these days? It isn't at the Alma :)

A brilliant experience. I came here to apply for a visa, and the receptionist was kind enough to help me print out a few documents. They gave me some butter biscuits as a gift when I booked my second appointment.

This was our second stay at Alma Hotel, and it was even better than our first experience.

The hotel has a refined and tasteful décor, with lots of attention to detail. We were welcomed with a lovely note and two little treats, and our room also had a box of toys and locally published children’s books (Young), which was a lovely touch.

The minibar was well-stocked and varied, with very reasonable prices, and tea and coffee were available at no extra charge. The bathroom was spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub, and the bedding was extremely comfortable, with a king-size bed.

The staff at Alma are always smiling, friendly and welcoming too.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London who wants to be within 30 minutes of the main attractions (the train station is right opposite the hotel), while staying in a much quieter and more pleasant area : Wandsworth Town.

Bedrooms nicer than the pictures, decorated to a high standard. We ate in the restaurant both nights, this made our stay very easy as we did not have to go looking for restaurants. Our stay was very enjoyable due to the high quality of the accommodation.

Very convenient position visa V London, generally and such a lovely spot was lots of nice delicatessens and cafés we especially like the hotel restaurant which has maintained the same standard over the last five years we have visited

Fantastic hotel and great value for money in london. Made extra efforts to ensure confort like coffee machine and cookies on arrival. Very convenient literally at the station door step

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. It's in a convenient situation and it was quiet. I didn't hear any noise from the pub below.

Room great

The room exceeded my expectations and was exceptional for the price. The bathroom in room 2 is more like something you’d expect in a high end luxury hotel. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

It was spacious, well organised, had great customer services and was spotless.
