Poziția hotelului.
Faptul ca am fost păcăliți cu minunată terasă la care nu am avut acces datorită unui eveniment faptul ca au încasat micul dejun iar dimineața cam am fost la acesta au spus ca nu au bucătarul disponibil ,fara alta explicație.
Die Lage war das einzigste was top war, der Rest Flop.
Das Hotel hatte zu wenig Personal. Die einzige Dame die am Abend anwesend war, war sozusagen alleine und musste alle bedienen, diese war sehr nett. Aber die langen Wartezeiten waren zu lang. Die Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, im Bad konnte man sich kaum drehen. Es fehlte an Kleinigkeiten wie Ablage, etwas in der Minibar. Zudem waren unterhalb der Balkons Dinge auf dem Dach gelegen, wie Abfall, Petflaschen und Unterhosen gelegen, das geht gar nicht. Das Hotel wäre höchstens mit 2 Sternen zu verzeichnen. Man merkt, dass keine Führung da ist und kein ausgebildetes Personal. Der Preis ist zu hoch im Verhältnis was man bekommt. Das Essen war so durchschnittlich.
Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut. Kleine Wünsche wurden umgehend umgesetzt. Frühstück klein aber fein, hatte alles was man braucht. Zusätzlich wurden frisch und gemäss Wunsch Eier und andere Speisen zubereitet.

The views were spectacular, we really enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset. The rooms were quite nice, clean and cooled with aircon. The female staff at the hotel were exceptional, they even helped make my husband a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu.
The shower door would not close properly so it was quite tricky to shower in the confined space. Also when flushing the toilet, the water sprayed out from under the lid.
The male staff member was going to charge us again for having breakfast in the morning, despite it saying we had breakfast included, so that felt unprofessional.
The excellent view of the city was one of the highlights of the stay.
The responsiveness could have been better, and the property was not accurately located on Google Maps, which made it somewhat difficult to find.
Ligging van het hotel is erg mooi. Fijne kamers met airco en een lekker ontbijt. Gastheer bij de receptie was heel erg vriendelijk. We kregen een gratis upgrade.
