Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.
Sehr kleines Zimmer.
Nicht funktionierende Minibar/ Kühlschrank, was bei 40 Grad Aussentemperatur ein no-go war.
Nicht funktionierende Steckdosen. Badezimmer hatte gar keine funktionstüchtige Steckdose. Zimmer hatte nur am Bett und Tür eine funktionstüchtige Steckdose.

Extrem dreckiges Badezimmer. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen und war geschockt, wie lang man hier schon nicht mehr geputzt haben muss.
Bei einem Preis von 400 CHF die Nacht und bei uns in der Schweiz einfach nicht akzeptabel.

Hätten wir nicht eine Hochzeit in dieser Location gefeiert, wäre ich umgehend ausgezogen.

Für Schweizer Verhältnisse war dieses Zimmer ein Desaster!

Pros:

Very clean hotel. It was refurbished not long ago. Amazing view from the terrace and the room. Very friendly staff, good location, car park provided.

Great quite property
Pros:

Great quiet location away from main town, plus if you have your car. Great view of town/lake Lucerne area on one side and quite mountains on the other side. Great friendly staff, food qty was large and great.

Cons:

Slight easier access will be a plus point or a shuttle service to town.

Great personal and restaurant. Room service bad.
Pros:

Restaurant, the chef and the personal is amazing. The view and the location is great.

Cons:

The room wasn't so great. The sink was clogged. The closet door was broken. IPTV box was fallen off and didn't work properly in the beginning. Also room service didn't clean the room properly.
