Vistas que merecen la pena.
Pros:

La vista del hotel sobre el lago es espectacular y la terraza maravillosa. Es un hotel para desconectar a pocos minutos del casco de la ciudad. Nos sorprendió porque aunque estuviera a las afueras merece la pena si te desplazas con vehículo propio.

Cons:

Fuimos en verano, desconozco si en invierno tiene o no fácil acceso.

Cons:

Due to the location high in mountains,
difficulty getting Uber or Taxi to pick you up. We missed our morning train because we had to wait 1 1/2 for transportation & too far to walk.
Also staff not always available on site

Pros:

Fruehstueck war gut, personal sehr freundlich. Ausstatung super.
Lage traumhaft!
Tip buche berg und see block Balkon. Eine trauma postkarte!!!! Leider wusste ich das nicht und buchte nur berg, war aber auch Schoen, und geniess die berg/ see aussicht bei fruehstueck.

Posizione splendida, struttura rivedibile, pulizia insufficiente
Pros:

La posizione è meravigliosa, la vista spazia dalla vetta del monte pilato al lago dei 4 cantoni dominato dal rigi. Superbamente sfruttata dalla terrazza panoramica dove si può cenare e fare colazione. In 15’ di auto si arriva ai principali autosilo in centro a Lucerna, dove lasciare l’auto per visitare la città o partire per una crociera in battello. Ancor più vicino, la stazione di partenza della cabinovia pilatus per iniziare il famoso anello d’oro. Una nota di merito anche al ristorante, sebbene, come di norma in Svizzera, il rapporto qualità/prezzo sarebbe improponibile in Italia (prezzi da stella Michelin per una cucina buona, ma niente di più). Personale molto cordiale, chef italiano di una cortesia squisita.

Cons:

Un quattro stelle non può permettersi camere così sporche: i pavimenti non vengono mai puliti come testimonia lo strato di polvere e chissà cos’altro. Si nota che la struttura è evidentemente stata ristrutturata passando dal vecchio albergo svizzero con bagno comune ad un moderno hotel con bagno in stanza, a spese però della metratura degli alloggi, davvero sacrificati. Infine la SPA, incustodita e sporca (nella Jacuzzi l’idromassaggio non era attivabile e in acqua stagnavano insetti e vegetazione da chissà quando). Con oltre 400€ a notte a un 4 stelle si chiede almeno l’igiene, se non altro.

Personal und Mittagessen super. Zimmer schön mit toller Aussicht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht so.
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich beim Empfang und auch beim Mittagessen. Das Essen war super lecker mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf der Terrasse. Zimmer waren schön. Die Matratze perfekt. Badezimmer nicht gerade das grösste.

Cons:

Die Kosten für eine Nacht pro Deluxe Doppelzimmer sind zu hoch. Mit dem was man im Zimmer hat, und mit der Grösse des Badezimmers und das der Fernseher überhaupt nicht richtig läuft, ist das zu teuer.

Wij waren hier op een zaterdag avond. Zij verhuren dan het terras voor grote feesten dit geeft nog wel geluidsoverlast er last als je een kamer hebt met uitzicht op het meer

Het uitzicht tijdens diner was grandioos. En receptioniste was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers en bedden uitstekend en service zeer goed.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Aussicht sind grandios! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer haben ihre besten Tage leider hinter sich. Es herrscht ein riesiger Renovierungstau. Angefangen bei Nachttischchen mit Glasfront, bei denen die Glasfronten bereits gesplittert waren und Risse hatten bis hinzu Badezimmertüren die beim verschließen von innen plötzlich nicht mehr geöffnet werden konnten, weil sich die Tür verzogen hatte, und ich schließe nicht mehr aufging.

Aangenaam verrast, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Wij hadden het uitzicht op de stad vanaf de 3de verdieping en dat was heel mooi, ik houd van vergezichten. De kamer was schoon en modern, personeel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Ik vond alleen de hoofdkussen niks. Maar ik houd van harde kussens en deze waren erg zacht. We zijn gaan eten in het panorama terras met wederom het prachtige uitzicht. Het eten was oké, voor die prijs had het wel beter mogen zijn maar het uitzicht maakt veel goed.

I will come again
Pros:

Clean, calm and quiet. Wonderful view. Very nice staff. Also the chef Alessandro is very friendly.

Room is very narrow. Not too much choices for breakfast.
