Cons:

We had booked a suite as we travelled as a family with two teenagers. When we arrived at 9pm, they told us they didn't have a such a room and it was booking.com that got it wrong! They were very poor in explaining this to us. They told us their sister hotel could provide us with interconnecting rooms. It was a few minutes walk away..we asked for transport which they provided. Very stressful disappointing after just arriving in Bangkok. Area is not very nice either and would not recommend.

Just once that's enough
Pros:

The location is good, close to the subway, and it's convenient to travel.

Cons:

The staff were discriminatory, the hotel shuttle drivers were unfriendly. He's not good for the position 👎. House keeping were smiles and very friendly

Smelly rooms,mould in the bathroom. Bathroom doors don't lock and shut. Wcs are half filled with water. Little spiders in the bathroom. Showers don't work properly. Telephones in the rooms doesnt work.Had to use mobile phones to call reception. No filtration in the swimming pool and smells.

Staff, shuttle bus, smart TV

Cons:

Loud noises in the next room, and noises in the hotel corridors. smell in the bathroom and smell smoke everywhere,water is leaking in the shower, and the sink is clogged. I informed reception, but they ignored. The bathroom needs renovation.

Cons:

Kein Room-Service, Wasser und Kaffee hab ich bei der Rezeption geordert
Das Badezimmer roch furchtbar nach Abwasser, konnte auch der Lüfter nicht ändern, der Tag und Nacht lief.
Taxiservice des Hotels war leider erst am Abreisetag verfügbar
Die Bar war im Gegensatz zu früher nicht mehr geöffnet

Pros:

Very central(at the end of Soi 4 Nana so if that's your thing...), near BTS, 7-11 nearby.

Free luggage storage,staff are helpful.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing against the hotel as such but if your not used to Soi 4 and what goes on in the area it may not be for you (unless using taxi's to the door!)

But that said,it's not bad really,just takes getting used to - but that's Bangkok in general!
