Nice hotel, good location, helpful staff.

Cons:

The king suite has a very large skylight but there is no way of blocking light so we had light at 5:30am. It was really uncomfortable and the room should be at a large discount given this inconvenience.

I love the location ,comfy beds , decent breakfast , I’ve been here a couple of times when I go to a concert .

Cons:

Terrible service and extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The room did not include basic amenities such as a toothbrush or toothpaste, and there were not enough towels provided.

The hotel reservation staff were impolite and unresponsive to customer requests. The breakfast was also very poor, offering little more than a few croissants and some low-quality items.

Overall, considering the amount of money charged for the stay, I was very dissatisfied with both the quality of the accommodation and the level of service provided.

Beautiful and stylish hotel in a central location in Montreal city. Big and spacious room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The internet was down the first day upon check in. The steps in the room are too close to the entrance and not marked with bright colour to prevent fall.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Le 1er jour chambre non faite à part le lit et le drap avait un trou !
De la poussière et des cheveux partout , le 2ieme jour plus de tapis de bain , poubelles non vidées et lit non fait !
Dans la salle de bain lavabo qui coule mal j'ai demandé à déboucher mais rien n'été fait.
Plus grave la sortie de secours ne s'ouvre pas , je l'ai signalé , rien de fait non plus car j'ai vérifié le jour suivant !
