All in all fair, Good central hotel if visiting Bern.
Pros:

Nice modern hotel. Great location. Very helpful evening staff when we added another night

Cons:

Certain nationalities are not so familiar with the western culture. These take up quite a lot of space and are missing some respect and proper behaviour.

Umgebung, Interieur und Personal top, Zimmer funktionell, wenig Tageslicht und klein.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Umgebung mit dem Fischteich und den Aperomöglichkeiten im Grünen. Toll, das die Fensterfront geöffnet wird bei gutem Wetter, so dass man direkt am Wasser sitzt.

Cons:

Die einen Zimmer sind fast ohne Tageslicht. Das nächste Zimmer hatte zwar mehr Tageslicht, aber die nächste Hausmauer war 5m entfernt

Gros coup de cœur pour Berne et le Kursaal
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, personnel très sympa, superbe petit déjeuner, parking très bien
Nous avons séjourné la bas avec notre petite chienne, nous avions des petites croquettes, une gamelle et une petite serviette pour elle à notre arrivée (le petit plus qui fait beaucoup, les seuls qui l’ont fait sur notre séjour en Suisse)

Bel hotel avec un bon service et une belle déco à proximité du centre.
Pros:

Equipement très bon et bon service d'accueil, l'hotel est joliment décoré.

Cons:

La chambre avec vue sur les couloirs intérieurs : les clients peuvent nous voir dans la chambre !
