Cons:

cleaning staff knocking at the door when you are two minutes late with check out and angry person waits for you in front of door ... very rude and unprofessional!! this is the reason for the staff rating

wenn nicht für einen Kongress angereist, nicht empfehlenswert.

sehr freundliches Personal
Angebot in der Minibar kostenlos
Frühstück sehr reichhaltig (Personal war da, hat sich aber untereinander unterhalten und nicht mit den Gästen interagiert).
Ich fands super, dass ich grad am selben Ort schlafen konnte, wie der Pflegekongress war.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist furchtbar (finde grad kein diplomatisches Wort).
250. - Fr. pro Person pro Nacht und dann war das Frühstück (32.-) nicht inklusive und das Parking (30.-) fr. ebenfalls nicht.
Das ZImmer war solala eingerichtet und die Begrüssungskarte enthielt den Namen eines anderen Gastest. Alles in allem, wenn ich nicht sowieso da gewesen wäre, nicht empfehlenswert.

Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt, lediglich die Lage des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Bett, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Cons:

Es war für uns nicht ersichtlich, dass bei Buchung eines "Doppelzimmer classic" kein Blick aus dem Fenster nach draußen möglich war (lediglich Blick in den gegenüberliegenden Flur).

Aussicht und Lage waren sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter selber sind mit ausnahmen wie unten geschrieben sehr freundlich und höfflich wir gehen schon seit 10 Jahren in das Hotel

Was uns gestört hat war das wir an der Bar immer wieder rufen mussten um einen Coktail zu bekommen.
Und was gar nicht geht ist das dass Personal beim Morgenessen am Pfingstmontag morgen um 06.30 Uhr wurde über den Arbeitsplan Diskutiert sehr laut schon am3.5.26 wo wir Gast waren schon und der Kellner oder was er war stand im weg und spielte mit dem Schlüssel rum geht ja gar nicht wir wollten eigentlich in Ruhe Frühstücken. Nur das Personal bei der Küche war super ein grosses Lob. Wir gehen schon seit gut 10 Jahren dort hin aber so wie dieses Jahr das haben wir noch nie erlebt.

We had a very bad experience with cleaning lady,she was knocking like it was an emergency,she was waiting us to leave the room and she was so nervous. We weren’t only ones complaining
