Emplacement, accueil, amabilité du personnel d'accueil, parking sur place bien que non inclu dans la prestation, boissons de la chambre appréciées, miroir grossissant SDB très apprécié.
Lit collé au mur pour un 4* c'est moyen, tapis et sol de salle de bain sale, pas de chausson dans la chambre alors qu'indiqué dans la prestation, ainsi que le rouleau de papier toilette, évacuation lavabo quasi bouchée, fraîcheur de la chambre, pas de vue extérieure pour un 4*.
Sehr günstige Lage, um zu Fuß in die Berner Innenstadt zu gelangen. Zentrale Lage aber dennoch relativ ruhig. Ausreichend Parkplätze im Parkhaus vorhanden. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal.

Room could’ve been a little cleaner upon arrival. The windows must have been open for a while and there were a lot of bugs, alive and dead.
Beautiful hotel conveniently located within walking distance from Bern historical centre and train station. Clean and comfortable room with espresso machine and mini bar. High quality breakfast buffet with a variety of cold and hot options; tasty omelettes to your order, Swiss cheese plate and juices. Lovely dinner in the garden. Helpful, dedicated staff.

Great location just over the bridge - can walk into town easily, or there’s a bus stop right outside. Parking on site. The room was spacious. Nice restaurant and Terrance area with a pond. The mini bar was complimentary!
No window to the outside in our room
:-( There were limited TV options for international visitors (no streaming). The shower area has no way to prevent water going on the bathroom floor.

La ubicación
La asignación de las habitaciones. Teníamos reserva de 2 habitaciones clásicas. No obstante, una tenia ventana al distribuidor interior pero tenia luz y la otra siendo de la misma categoría la única ventana que tenia era a un oscuro y minúsculo patio interior indigno de un hotel de 4 estrellas. He visitado varios hoteles de mas y menos categorías pero es la primera vez que me he encontrado en una habitación con una sensación claustrofóbica..
Destaco también el no poder conectar al wifi, afortunadamente contábamos con nuestra tarjeta sim personal.
