Cons:

Ho pagato 275 euro una stanza per una notte solo perché aveva l’idromassaggio invece delle 190 di una suite e invece la vasca era rotta non potendo usarlo ho chiesto il rimborso della differenza che mi è stato negato con molta poca educazione dicendomi che avevano scalato 7 euro dal servizio in camera.. neanche una bottiglia hanno regalato per il disturbo.. per loro 7 euro sono stati più che sufficienti.
