Not the Best Western's finest example.
Pros:

The air-conditioning in the room was good. The beds were comfortable. We had breakfast one morning which was good with hot and cold options. The younger staff members were very friendly and polite.

Cons:

Our room was at the end of a corridor and the WiFi was terrible, constantly dropping out. Cleaning was basic. Our shower was blocked and flooded the whole bathroom, surfaces were not wiped down every day and the floor didn't feel like it was swept properly when walking in bare feet. We were very surprised as normally Best Western hotels are better than this.

The everything from the moment we arrived to our departure was excellent.
Pros:

It was the perfect location for visiting the Abbey, the staff were excellent .
