Localização agradável.

Cons:

Café da manhã péssimo. Poucas opções. Bagunçado. Limpeza do ambiente de buffet do café muito precário. As fotos do site não condizem com a realidade.

Personal am Empfang ist eine komplette Katastrophe, SpaBereich nicht befriedigend

Hotel von außen sehr schön! Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich ist nicht so wie man es sonst kennt. 2 komplett in die Jahre gekommenen Saunen die 1x2m groß waren… und dem Pool gehen Leute mit Sportklamotten rein. Super unhygienisch….

Das Personal am Empfang (junger, kleiner Mann) ist einfach nur schlecht! An der Abreise sollte er ein Taxi bestellen, laut seiner Aussage dauert es 5 min….
Wir haben mehrmals nachgefragt und er meinte immer, es sei unterwegs! Und uns dabei komplett unsympathisch angelächelt! Wirkte so, als würde er uns auslachen und nicht ernst nehmen! Wir mussten 1h 13min auf unser Taxi warten!!!!!
Wir haben fast unseren Flug verpasst!!
Der Herr war generell einfach absolut unmöglich und definitiv nicht qualifiziert in einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu arbeiten!

Desayuno abundante y para todos los gustos. También tienen opción gluten free vista increíble al lago Argentino si te ubicas en una buena mesa

Not a 5-Star at all
Pros:

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. The building is showing its age and is in desperate need of renovation. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. During our stay in El Calafate, we went on two wonderful excursions with Amayco that were absolutely fantastic. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend El Calafate as a destination.

Pros:

La infraestructura del hotel es muy linda, el hotel es cómodo, los desayunos muy buenos, está todo limpio y la vista es hermosa! Muy útil el servicio de traslado por las tardes al centro de Calafate cada hora (ida y regreso)

A lovely stay overall, with a great location, views and genuinely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

The spa facilities could use improvement. Treatments are only available in the afternoon, and availability is quite limited, we were unfortunately unable to book a massage during our stay. Also, the amenities in the rooms could be improved as well to genuinely be classified as a 5 star hotel.

Lovely, comfortable stay with great SPA facilities
Pros:

After days of hiking, staying at Imago Hotel & Spa felt like a reward in itself. I was especially happy with the heated pool and jacuzzi - exactly what tired legs need. The spa facilities are impressive, with multiple massage rooms, a sauna and a Swedish shower. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was truly excellent.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved was the dinner - beautifully presented but slightly lacking in flavour. That said, the hot chocolate was genuinely one of the best I’ve had during this trip!
