Location further out of town than anticipated, quite grubby and not very comfy. Room was very hot.

The touch screen mirrors, sadly my bathroom one worked one night only and the one in the main room didn’t work at the dresser area.

A lovely relaxing break including a massage and gym access. The staff in the hotel, gym and spa were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The location of the hotel is not the most picturesque but it is not far from Durham centre by car or is walkable if you’re fit enough. Plenty of pubs, supermarkets and fast food places nearby and there is food available in the gym cafe.
