Nice clean hotel with nice friendly staff but room facilities could have been better
Pros:

Good location and access to spa and health centre

Cons:

We would have liked an armchair in the room and the bed lights were far too bright and did not allow for independent reading whilst my wife was sleeping!

Great value for money hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

Plenty of parking, close to the centre but the staff on reception made it. They could not have been more helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Air con would have been a bonus in the hot weather but the staff did everything they could to cool the room, which worked well.

Comfortable with great staff.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful (calling a taxi and storing our ice block in their fridge overnight). The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom floor was beautifully cool on a very hot night!

Cons:

Motorway noise.
