Es war sehr schön und entspannend
Pros:

Ruhige Lage am Rand von Bad Dürkheim, trotzdem nah zur Altstadt, schöne Pools und Saunen, toller Garten, wo man auch frühstücken kann

Cons:

Leider durch viele Anbauten lange Wege mit Treppen

Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich besser mehr; noch nicht einmal ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer

Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich; Gartenanlage alles sehr schön

Cons:

Service ausschließlich im Restaurant; weiter Weg zum Restaurant, kein Service im Raucherbereich, obwohl nur 7 Stufen von der Hauptterrasse entfernt; Dachterrasse unseres "de Luxe Zimmers"

Tolle Auszeit
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, tolle Wellnessanlage, gutes Essen (zum Teil vegan), nettes Personal. Ich durfte ohne Aufpreis früher einchecken, was mir sehr geholfen hat, da ich noch remote arbeiten musste.

Cons:

Mir war die Matratze zu hart, aber das ist meistens so in Hotels. Ich hatte mehrere Spinnen im Zimmer. Da die eigentlich nützlich sind, ist das nicht nur kritisch, aber ich war irritiert, weil ich das sonst so nicht aus Hotels kenne.

Pros:

Bei der Ankunft hervorragend aufgenommen, Zimmer war super sauber und auch super ausgestattet, das Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen, das Abendessen war sehr gut und jeder Wunsch wurde von den Augen abgelesen. Hervorragendes Wellness Angebot.

Cons:

Negatives gab es nichts zu berichten!

We enjoyed it but it felt overpriced
Pros:

The saunas were good and the breakfast was very good. Plenty of rooms for relaxing.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t great in our room. Whilst the breakfast is great the order of where to find items is a bit confusing. The yoghurts and fresh fruits are far away from the cornflakes and granola for example.
The parasols by the outdoor pool need more weights as they do fall over (and into the pool) when it gets a bit windy. Too many people hog parasols even though they disappear for lengthy lunches.
The facilities are good but I think it’s quite expensive for what it is.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich der Service toll.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war unpraktisch da die Badewanne als Dusche benutzt werden muss. Das umbuchen auf ein Zimmer mit gartenblick hätte ich mir sparen können, da man überwiegend Häuser und den Durchgang sieht. Enttäuschung!
