Alles ist wirklich sehr ins Alter gekommen! Die Zimmertüre schloss schlechter als diejenige unseres Geräteschuppens im Garten. Frühstücksbüffet im Amadeus Saal verdient den Namen in keiner Art und Weise. Total verstaubte (millimeterdick) Dekorationen im Frühstücksraum und am Empfang. Alles wirkt ungepflegt.

Hotel antico, in ottima posizione. Alcuni arredi dal gusto un po’ fané anche nelle stanze, ma sarebbe tutto sorvolabile se non vi fosse l’insopportabile e sfacciata cafonaggine, arroganza e maleducazione del personale in reception. Sono arroganti nella loro supponenza e nella loro indisponibilità, come sapessero che anche trattando i clienti a pesci in faccia non perderanno il posto di lavoro. E condiscono questa strafottenza sempre con sorrisini di finta gentilezza che urtano ancor di più. Impossibile per il nipote di 4 persone anziane di cui una aveva un po’ di sangue da medicare, senza bisogno di assistenza medica, salire in camera per 5 minuti, anche lasciando il documento. Sarebbe possibile solo prenotando una camera singola per una notte: per 5 minuti!
Alla richiesta di prenotare un taxi per la mattina successiva per 4 persone anziane che non conoscono la città e hanno difficoltà a muoversi in autonomia rispondono che non prendono prenotazioni, anche se la richiesta non era di prenotare in anticipo, ma di lasciare semplicemente le coordinate di arrivo e l’orario a cui chiamare, per aiutare le persone anziane. Ma i modi con cui tutto è stato fatto sono stati rozzi, vili. Vergogna. Se non piace il contatto col pubblico è bene occupare una mansione diversa!

I have a genuine appreciation for historic and traditional places, which is why I chose to stay at this hotel. However, upon arrival, I immediately noticed a lack of care and maintenance. There is mold in the bathroom, and unfortunately, many areas appear to be deteriorated and poorly maintained.

I understand and appreciate the charm that comes with an older property, but this goes beyond simply being old or historic; it gives the impression that the property has not been properly cared for or maintained.
