Pros:

Mooi hotel. Goede kamers en bedden.
Eten die wij hebben gehad was goed. Hou wel rekening met dat alles gepind moet worden.

Cons:

Alles moet per Pin. Niet alleen bij hotel. Ontbijt aan de prijs.

Comfortable stay to visit Uluru
Pros:

Great location in the Yulara resort area
Good value for money especially relative to other places in the resort
Comfortable and large room with air conditioning / heating
Fun pub / restaurant area with entertainment including music

Cons:

Most staff at the front desk seemed slow and inexperienced, not very helpful
Check in was delayed by over an hour and information wasn’t shared very readily
Some drunk local people were allowed to wander around the restaurant and the woman was randomly shouting

Not so helpful communication. It took them multiple days to reply to an email

Cons:

The moment they charge you, after that they kind of forget about you and wouldn’t even bother replying to your messages or giving a call back.

Cons:

Everything is overpriced here.
Only kettle im room, no access to cooking facilities from hotel to lodge. No option but to eat out.

Great and comfy bed
Pros:

Easy check-in and check-out, great place with light entertainment. It must have been us not reading the details properly, as the room had two double beds and easily fit four people. We also loved the live band! If we get the opportunity, we will definitely be back again.

We loved the Outback hotel
Pros:

Quiet and comfortable, clean room. Great food and entertainment at the Outback bar. All the staff were friendly and there was easy transfers and great access to outstanding cultural sessions and attractions. The pool is not heated but is refreshing after a day out.

Bella struttura ma pulizia assente che ha rovinato un esperienza bellissima
Pros:

Molto accogliente possibilità di mangiare fino a tardi e il bbq home made è una bella idea.

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 15 essendo arrivati alle 10 di mattina per una pulizia che non è mai avvenuta….
Abbiamo segnalato più volte la cosa ma il risultato è stato sempre molto scarso e con standard di pulizia non adeguati visto il prezzo per notte ed in generale per un albergo.
Abbiamo anche segnalato un problema alla serratura della porta con il rischio che restasse aperta e visto che nessuno se ne è occupato abbiamo provveduto ad eseguire una piccola riparazione da soli.

A nice place to stay
Pros:

A really comfortable room which you would expect for the price. A great location in the middle of the desert.

Cons:

We would have liked a toaster and microwave in the room. A couch would have been good as there is nowhere to sit other than kitchen chairs.
