Früchstück war nicht gut. Sonst war alles sehr gut.
Beautiful hotel close to the KLCC park. Everything was ok, the room was very comfortable and we used the swimming pool located on the rooftop of the building, even if unfortunately due to a higher building close to the hotel one, it’s not possible to see anymore the Petronas towers.
Breakfast is very easy and without many choices.

Comfy bed, pillow, great location with grocery and restuarants opposite thr hotel. Excellent roof top pool.
Bathroom faced another building and window blinds didnt work which made the bathroom dark.

The staff were polite and helpful.
The bed/room was dusty, and smelled musty. No proper breakfast buffet. The packed breakfast is okay, but for a 4-star hotel i expect more. The whole going sustainable and not providing water bottles in the room is absolutely useless as it pales in comparison to the amount of plastic used in the packed breakfasts. The TV is old, and not a smart TV - cannot connect to Netflix/streaming. For the rates they charge, I'm unsatisfied.
