Pros:

Location close to metro station. Breakfast O.K.

Cons:

Mistake in room for first night. Single bad, small room for disabled. Not possible to change. Only tomorrow?!?

Cons:

No soap in shower I reported this but still no soap.
Gluten free food stored in cupboard at breakfast time. You had to ask for it but you don't know what choices there are

We stayed for 4 nights bed and breakfast in a superior room

Good location, with a Metro station around the corner, which will take you to all the sights within a few minutes and you can take a 5-10 walk to the canal district where there are countless restaurants etc

Bedroom was ok EXCEPT there was NO air conditioning - this is not as stated on the website - it depends whether the air conditioning is working and because the hotel is part of a larger apartment building, the hotel cannot dictate when the air conditioning is on or off. This is disappointing as the weather was very warm. They gave us a fan instead! Bed was rather firm.

No British / English TV channels - we also checked this with Reception who also confirmed that there was no English channels - this was disappointing.

Breakfast is good - a wide range of quality foods including fruit, yogurts, cheese, salmon, a few hot dishes, plus various pastries etc etc, and different types of coffees and teas. But often food dishes are not replenished unless you ask - every morning we had to ask regarding various foods before they were replenished- so the staff do not keep an eye on them which is disappointing. However they also provide gluten free breads/biscuits/muffins etc which was much appreciated

We had cocktails - I had a Negroni - it was was the WORST Negroni I have ever had!! There was no Campari added so I asked why and the lady at the bar said that a Negroni does not have any Compari !!! She was adament that a Negroni does not have Compari!!! It was also made with soda water, with a slice of lemon!!! However we also ordered a Aperol Spritz - that was also not nice, but it was made with Campari but with Aperol !!! . Essentially they mixed the ingredients up to make a completely different type of cocktail!!

There’s are steps down to the entrance but there is also a ramp, but there are still 6 steps which are a bit steep

There’s a pleasant small terrace on the ground floor

Pros:

中心地ではないが地下鉄が近くにあって便利

Cons:

ひとりで宿泊だったので中心地からは距離があるけれど四つ星だったので選びました。外観も内装もビジネスホテルレベル。部屋にはいったら車椅子専用の部屋で事前説明はなし。空調は壊れていて窓を開けようと思ったらま隣が非常階段。一階だったため防犯が乏しく窓も半空きできるロック式でなかったため開けるのを諦めました。翌朝フロントでは部屋の快適さを聞かれることなく(4つ星クラスなら当たり前)いきなり観光税を払え、のみ。
正直設備も対応も価格に見合っていない。

aceptable pero no repetiremos si volvemos a Milan
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, especialmente para moverse por la ciudad y disfrutar de los principales puntos de interés. El personal ha sido en todo momento muy simpático, atento y dispuesto a ayudar, algo que siempre se agradece. Además, las instalaciones generales del hotel están bien cuidadas y transmiten una buena imagen.

Cons:

La relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido floja. Entendemos perfectamente que durante la Semana del Diseño los precios suban considerablemente, pero en este caso el importe pagado ha sido excesivo para la experiencia real ofrecida.

Especial mención a la habitación 101, que ha sido una auténtica pesadilla. Una de las dos camas está pegada a una pared que colinda directamente con la cocina de un restaurante. El ruido durante la tarde y la noche es insoportable, como si estuvieras literalmente dentro de la cocina, y se prolonga hasta la 1:00 de la madrugada. Resulta difícil de entender que un hotel de esta categoría no tenga esa pared correctamente insonorizada teniendo un vecino de estas características.
