Redelijk positief, service naar gasten kan beter

Cons:

Voor hotelgasten hoor je ruimte te hebben om diner te kunnen hebben. Nu hebben we aan de bar wat hapjes gegeten. Terwijl in de tijd dat we dat gedaan hebben en klaar waren, waren de tafels nog steeds vrij van bezetting.

Gut, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Kennen das Hotel, deshalb nehmen wir es immer wieder

Cons:

Die zwei E-Ladesäulen. Sind mittlerweile zu wenige und benötigen ein hotelgesteuertes Zeitmanagement, damit jeder mal eine Chance hat!

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren ins Alexander und wurden hier nie enttäuscht, es ist einfach das perfekte Hotel für uns.
Man fühlt sich einfach wohl deshalb ein großes Dankschön an alle Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Wenn es was zu bemängeln gäbe dann die doch sehr sehr hohen Übernachtungskosten, leider.
