Excellent place to stay when in London
Pros:

Everything was excellent—from the location to the overall service. Despite being right in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, making it easy to get a great night's sleep.
A special thank you to Enes, Serdar, and Candas at reception. They were absolutely exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made us feel more like friends than guests and were always happy to help with anything we needed.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

unfortunately the bathroom was not very pleasant and I did see a small cockroach

¡Buen fin de semana en Leicester!
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy recomendable, sobre todo en nuestro caso, para los lugares que deseábamos visitar. Me gustó mucho la comodidad y tranquilidad del hotel, aunque la habitación a penas tenía luz al ser interior. El personal de recepción, muy agradable.

Estancia de Lujo en pleno corazón de Londres.
Pros:

Mi gran temor era que no pudiésemos descansar bien por el ruido de la calle. El hecho de que la habitación estuviese en la primera planta inicialmente me daba un poco de miedo porque la calle donde se encuentra el hotel es muy transitada y pensaba que tendríamos mucho ruido ambiente. Pero nada de eso se cumplió. La habitación tenía un inmejorable aislamiento acústico y no se escuchaba nada del exterior, pese a tener justo debajo un restaurante con terraza a pleno rendimiento. La amplitud de la habitación (Suite Johann Strauss) es un punto muy destacable, teniendo en cuenta las medidas habituales de los alojamientos en Londres. El hotel se encuentra en pleno corazón de Londres, permitiéndonos visitar multitud de lugares de interés caminando sin tener que coger transporte público.

Cons:

Que el alojamiento no tuviese servicio de desayuno, pero al estar en un barrio tan céntrico, no tuvimos problemas en encontrar un lugar para desayunar. Cuando llegamos a la habitación la temperatura estaba a 16 grados (parecía un congelador) y tuvimos que esperar durante horas para que la temperatura de la estancia volviese a tener una temperatura apta para la vida humana. El precio de la habitación era excesivo, pero acorde con los precios de la zona.

All in all, we had a great time and the hotel is brilliantly placed for Chinatown and the cinemas

Location is perfect. The emilie suite is compact but very comfortable with an excellent bathroom and great Air Con! The desk staff are polite and welcoming

Cons:

It is expensive. Also the room cleaning wasn’t great, we had used towels left on the floor in the bathroom and some rubbish left in the room. I’m thinking this was a one off maybe as the property doesn’t seem like this would happen regularly

Absolutely great spot and great value for the standard of room and location
Pros:

It was newly renovated and clean and had good space. The location couldn’t be better, it was at the entry to Chinatown but a short walk to everywhere really and tube station and buses close. There is no vehicle access during the day so it’s pretty quiet for traffic but lots of foot traffic and a couple of pubs around which stayed open late however double glazing meant it was quiet. Beds were very comfy and pillows were good.

Cons:

The shower was over a bath and it was a pretty high step up to it, it’s behind a sliding door and if you have any issues with knees or backs (like we did) it was tricky getting in or out)
