The best value for money hotel we have ever stayed at in London
Pros:

The location is unbelievable - you step out into Leicester Square - china town .

Cons:

We were surprised to see the bathroom in the same room as the bed ( a screen went across ) but soon got used to it

Convenient, quiet stay in popular London area.
Pros:

I chose the property for its central location for the theatre district. Its location worked well for a person on foot. Even though located in a very busy, noisy area (next to China town and Leicester Square), my room was completely quiet. I liked that there was someone at front desk at all hours. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Shower was in large bathtub. Hard to climb in and out of safely.

very good value as a stepping stone to visit London.
Pros:

The room was very utilitarian - arranged to allow for maximum space. Clean with almost everything you need in a hotel room: good closet space with many drawers, bathtub, dryer, fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, etc. Nice greeting at the door. There is no lobby to speak of but our room was like a quiet oasis from the neighborhood. For this price, very good.

Cons:

You need to be ready to walk out the door to a gritty neighborhood with a lot of tourists. However, you can walk to many places and buses and metro are easily found.
We liked having a tub, but it is very high off the floor and a bit treacherous getting in and out - they provide a step stool, but even that is a bit dangerous.

The ventilation in the room was really poor and no option to turn on or control the air. With the shower in the bedroom, this made the room unbearable stuffy/hot most of the day.

A localização é excelente. Tem 2 estações de metrô bem próximas, casinos, restaurantes, uma pracinha muito bonita, etc

A banheira é fechada; tem água , café de cápsulas e chá grátis. Tem frigobar, mas sem bebidas.

O quarto tem tamanho reduzido, é praticamente não tem lugar para malas.

Pros:

The location is in the center of china town, so no cars to the hotel door, busy area, and always noisy, but inside the room was quiet, comfortable. Room that was booked was big.

Cons:

One elevator only, which was not a big deal as the hotel is small. Would like more privacy for the toilet.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of London
Pros:

Leicester House Hotel is a lovely small hotel in an excellent location, right by Chinatown, and just a few steps away from the M&M’s and LEGO stores.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a beautiful interior design and a very pleasant atmosphere. It also has air conditioning, which worked perfectly during our stay.

Our booking included two rooms:

Suite 101: The suite was absolutely wonderful. It was extremely spacious, with a very large bathroom, and overall we were very happy with it.

Room 202: This was a fairly standard room with a reasonable and comfortable amount of space.

Cons:

Suite 101: Unfortunately, we noticed some small cockroaches in the bathroom during our stay.

Room 202: The main issue was the unusual bathroom layout. The bathroom facilities were divided into three separate areas. The toilet was in a small room near the entrance, while the washbasin and bathtub were located at the other end of the room, each in a separate area. We personally found this layout inconvenient.

Wonderful.

Candas was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. He is an excellent communicator and really did an excellent job. Thank you Candas, from Lisa and the Unicorn :)

The location is also excellent!
