Spa-Bereich tagsüber sehr ansprechend, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück gute Auswahl, Personal sehr freundlich
Pros:

Der Sauna-Bereich war sehr schön und ansprechend, jedoch zeitlich begrenzt.
Das Personal im Spa- und Frühstücksbereich, war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer waren nicht sauber, der Nachttisch hatte nicht Spuren vom Vorgänger.
Leider roch ein Kopfkissen sehr unangenehm, so dass das ganze Zimmer dadurch unangenehm roch.
Die Steckdosen-Verteilung im Zimmer sollte überdacht werden, da sich nur auf der einen Bettseite eine Steckdose befindet.
Das Bad war an der Duschlippe (untere Kante) nicht ansehnlich, sowie die Toilette an den Schreinern dreckig.
Der Saunabereich schloss bereits um 20Uhr, was mich persönlich sehr irritierte, da sich das Hotel als Spa-Hotel bezeichnet und ich nach der Arbeit, dies nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzen konnte.
Der Fühstücksraum war nicht ansprechend, jede Stuhlbewegung macht Lärm, ich empfehle eine neue Einrichtung und angenehme musikalische Atmosphäre.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus, Leckeres Abendessen im Restaurant

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr hellhöhrig.., das klappern der Türen war des öfteren sehr deutlich zu hören und hat mich wirklich gestört

Great place to stay for with good breakfast and a nice restaurant with outdoor seating.
Pros:

The hotel had a charming character and unique decorations, the location had great scenery and cute houses near the canal. The breakfast was good and the parking was free.

Cons:

I wish there was a pool in the spa other than the cold plunge pool, the rooms were tight and with no air conditioning.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le spa, très beau grand propre.
L'accueil était bien, juste à la fin à la réception on ne nous a pas demandé comment cela c'était passé.. Étrange en général on nous pose la question.
Nous avons testé le restaurant, agréablement surprise.. Bon, copieux, bon service (peut être un peu salé pour nous) mais top.

Puis on s est rendu compte qu il n'y avait qu une seule housse de couette... Donc il a fallu le soir à nouveau redemander une couette (on a eu tout très vite mais cela n'a donc pas été fait correctement...). On avait 2 oreillers différents.. (je pense que pour 2 c était 4 oreillers mais on n'a pas demandé).. Pareil un panier pr le spa dans l'armoire (on était 2)..
Donc déçue par la prestation de la chambre.
