Review Highlights

Pros:
Very friendly, attentive and professional staff
Excellent breakfast with quality local products
Lovely pool area with comfortable loungers and balinese beds
Good location — close to the beach and Ajaccio
Nice views from rooms
Good on-site restaurant / nearby dining option
Cons:
No WiFi reported throughout the compound
Isolated but severe cleanliness/maintenance incident (leaking AC, flooded floor, dirty bathroom)
Room quality issues in duplexes (small bathrooms, misaligned doors, stairs) and aging in-room appliances
AC problems in some rooms (only cools lower level or old units)
Pool closing early in high season (19:00) due to restaurant

Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mostly acceptable overall but an isolated severe issue reported (leaking AC flooded floor and a dirty bathroom with no soap) which lowers the score.
Service
9.3
Consistently praised: multiple mentions of warm, attentive, professional and friendly staff, excellent accueil and helpful personnel.
Location
9
Very good location: close to the beach and convenient for Ajaccio, several guests noted the excellent emplacement and views.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed quality: comfortable rooms and great views for some, but duplexes need refresh (small bathrooms, misaligned doors, awkward stairs), old kitchenettes and occasional malfunctioning fridges/AC.
Amenities
8
Strong pool area and pleasant grounds, good restaurant nearby, but no WiFi across the compound reported and some facilities (AC, pool hours) have limitations.
Value for Money
6.8
Perceived as pricey by at least one guest (felt like a rip-off for paid rate); other guests did not emphasize value, so score is lowered by that complaint.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly highlighted as excellent (varied, generous, quality local products); restaurant also mentioned positively.
Overall Experience
8
Generally positive stays with warm reception, great pool and breakfast, but offset by isolated major issues (room cleanliness/AC) and some maintenance needs.

Décevant pour un établissement 4* à 200 € la nuit

L’emplacement, le personnel

Cons:
