Pros:

L'auberge est très bien située, au centre de Québec City avec tout à proximité. C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix, la chambre était propre.

Cons:

L'insonorisation est très moyenne. Si vous avez des voisins de chambres bruyants, cela s'entend beaucoup.

Établissement central. Pratique pour l’arrivée. Instructions claires

Cons:

Oreillers infâmes. Trop gros. Trop durs. Salle de bain rudimentaire. Carrelage cassé au sol. Porte de douche qui ne ferme pas… chambre bruyante avec voisins du dessus qui talonnent et vous réveillent à 6h30. Je ne choisirais pas cet hôtel si c’était à refaire.

Chambre agréable. Bien situé à proximité du centre-ville à pied. Restaurants à proximité et autres services. Salle de vie commune. Espace propre et bien aménagé. Parking sur place.

Cons:

Espace kitchenette insuffisant pour préparer des biberons ou petits repas dans la chambre. Pour cuisiner, il faut obligatoirement passer par la salle de vie commune. Possibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner en chambre mais pas de déjeuner ou dîner avec les éléments de cuisson mis à disposition.

Superbe place pour découvrir Québec à pied, endroit typique et cozy, à ne pas rater !
Pros:

Accès super novateur par des codes fournis en avance, pas d'attente pour le check-in et des personnes disponibles en tout temps par téléphone, courriel et message texte, même par whatsapps !
La qualité et la propreté de l'hébergement. Les lits supers confortables. La chambre 10 est amazing avec une terrasse privée, vue sur les toits de Québec, et une baignoire pour deux trop cute !
La situation géographique au top, tout se fait à pied, commerces, restaurants, boulangeries, théâtre capitole. Nous recommandons vivement ce petit bijoux de qualité en plein coeur de Québec.

Pros:

Liked the cleanliness of the room. Also like the location of the hotel.

Cons:

Room does not have a microwave and refrigerator. And we were not told about these being available in a common area. So communication/advertising should be improved.

Also parking seems to be a bit haphazard in organization and tight.

Petite auberge vintage parfaitement située
Cons:

Il y avait une légère odeur d'écurie. Je crois que c'est le vieux bois du bâtiment. Ce n'était pas désagréable au point de ne pas vouloir rester dans la chambre mais c'est quand même un peu achalant. On ne le sentait plus après quelques minutes.

well located and clean
Pros:

Comfortable room and excellent location. The place was clean and had some nice amenities like coffee. The common areas were large and there was a small communal fridge.

Cons:

Despite the cleaning they had done, I think because it is an older building, there was an element of damp smell. It was fine but I wonder if it would be a bit much if it were hotter. Also, be warned the stairs are steep - just be prepared! :)

Unsatisfied at all from the stay and not worth the money.

It’s not a hotel/ I checked out 1 day early that I paid for because I couldn’t stay longer/ maintenance in the room is very poor/ beds are having a creepy sound with any movement/ parking is hardly available and not safe/ no stuff available at all/ its a house with couple of rooms and very old building/ door is on the main street/very noisy to an extent that I wake up early because of the noise. Would never book there again.
