Loved the room and the rooftop patio
Pros:

It was a very European feel

Cons:

The parking garage was scary. I do understand that parking is a premium but maybe putting some lights in there make it feel a little safer

L'emplacement est superbe, en plein dans la rue Saint-Jean qui est une rue très agréable ! Les chambres sont propres, agréables. La possibilité d'aller sur la terrasse et d'observer la vue en été est un vrai petit plus ! Malgré la gestion à distance (on ne rencontre pas les personnes qui gèrent l'endroit), le personnel est très réactif et sympathique.

Je vais toujours choisir cet hôtel pour mes séjours dans le vieux Québec.
Pros:

Parfaitement situé et très paisible.
Chambre ultra coquette et moderne.

Cons:

L’accès à l’eau chaude semble problématique.

L'absence de personnel sur place
Le manque de luminosité pour cet appartement en rdc avec un escalier devant la fenêtre.
Le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine.
Le manque d' entretien de l'appartement. (Joint de baignoire à remplacer, porte du mobilier de cuisine cassée, robinet eau froide cassé dans le coin cuisine)

Être dans un sous sol même si la décoration était bien . C'est trop sombre. Franchement c'était mes seules deux journées au Québec et j'ai trouvé cela triste d'être dans cette chambre

Location was perfect. Beds are very comfortable. LOVED the terrace dedicated to the Superior Suite with Jacuzzi where we stayed. Great views and privacy. It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room. We had an issue with it at one point, but the host was on it right away and attended to it.

Cons:

While the terrace was lovely, the traffic noise from Rue D'Aiguillon was not. Big buses idling at the traffic light were noisy and other noisy vehicles. Unfortunate, but not the fault of the hosts.
The Nespresso machine!!! Although many people are familiar with these, not everyone is, including us. Instructions would be awesome.

Pros:

Le personnel en ligne fait ce qu'il peut mais cela ne remplace pas un service physique.

Cons:

Hotel survalorise sur Booking. L'aspect extérieur et l'entrée sont affreux dans la réalité. Des odeurs désagréables dans la chambre. Pas de personnel sur place. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist süß und schön gestaltet. Wir mochten die Lage und konnten von dort Quebec fussläufig erkunden. Die Dachterrasse war unser Highlight. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit einem Kühl und einem Gefrierschrank, um dort eigene Sachen zu kühlen. Check In hat mit den Codes einfach funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern/ der Rezeption verlief ausschließlich digital, noch besser hätten wir es gefunden, wenn von Ort Personal gewesen wäre. Es gibt kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft.
