Please note that guests booking 5 rooms or more and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Requested for a prayer mat. Had to repeat my request to the recept after 40mins. Tho the recept sent it herself to my room, it would've been better had the staff been more prompt with my request.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location and staff are great. I have always had nice encounters with the staff and they are accomadating. Location is next to city square and easy to walk around or call a Grab.

Cons:

The shower water was barely lukewarm. The flush was not strong at all. There was lizard poop on my friend's single bed at the side so he just used the toilet paper to clean it off. The room is spacious but the aircon was not cold..it showed 16 but felt more like 25. It was a non smoking floor but we smelt a little cigarette smoke. The price has gone up since i started staying there, getting pricey. With all that said, this is my go to motel in JB...

It was ok, It was nice staying at Citrus Hotel
Pros:

The room was clean, tidy, and location was ok, although there were no slippers in the room and had to request for iron and iron board. The staff was quick to provide the iron board and iron on time. The breakfast was well prepared, I enjoyed it.

Cons:

There was no slippers and gown. I had no idea that I had to request for the cleaning of my room. I requested late in the afternoon when I reached the room and discovered that it was'nt prepared. Luckly it was cleaned, and change the bed, after I have requested for assistance from the staff member at the reception.

Pros:

Location. Staff are friendly, clean.

Cons:

Aircon was not cold at all. Maintenace staff have to check periodically as the make up staff does not ON while doing makeup room daily. This is my 2nd time i have problem with the aircon.
