Please note that guests booking 5 rooms or more and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Nothing bad experience from upgraded room changed to normal room 😌

Cons:

Everything poor reception 😢 not a clue what they are doing and morning receptionist couldn't even organise a cab for just brushed me off

For the price, it is nice, comfortable, safe and convenient.
Pros:

Very near to JB Sentral. And going to Spore, a walking distance to CIQ custom.

Cons:

Lots of construction thru out the night.
