Please note that guests booking 5 rooms or more and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that breakfast for children 5 to 12 years old is charged separately.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Spacious cos we took family
The first room we got the bedsheet was dirty .. we asked to clean but they chg our room .. the first room was with small fridge but then 2nd room without it

Cons:

Didn’t check if the room was with necessity before transfer us.. like no tooth paste and paste and the shower gel was finishing. When told their reception they said it’s only upon request the tooth brush will be given….

For a very short stay. It's worth it.
Pros:

Breakfast is nice and delicious but limited due to less people take breakfast option.

Cons:

There no slipper to walk around the room. My feet dirty. There no toothbrush and toothpaste too.. bring your own. Be prepared to watch local program. Its not a smart TV.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is walking distance from JB Sentral and next to JB City Square Mall. There are decent eateries nearby.

Cons:

The bathroom floor is a bit slippery.

BAD EXPERIENCE
Pros:

nothing to like because this hotel very bad. not value for my money.

Cons:

Very disappointing location. The hotel does not provide secure parking, and the surrounding area feels unsafe, especially at night. I would not recommend this hotel to guests travelling by car or with family.
