The Mighty Menlo , ideal for that Galway stopover.
Pros:

Nice relaxed feel, lots of places to hang out and relax, very good food , room bright and of good size, staff very helpful and finally great breakfast in great well organised space.

Cons:

Lighting in bar area where food is served at night, very bright, opportunity to optimise missed here.

Pros:

Really nice staff.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit more dated than expected for the price paid. The blankets on the beds were stiff and not comfortable.

Enjoyable but location was not great.
Pros:

Rooms were good, clean & restaurants & facilities were great. Breakfast was top notch, staff was great.

Cons:

Location, it was off of a rotary and a 10 minute bus ride to Galway. We didn’t have a car. It was race week so the hotel was focused on that and we didn’t know that.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt – mit minimalem Decken-Zwist!
Pros:

Wir hatten eine rundum hervorragende Zeit. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns absolut willkommen gefühlt. Ein riesiges Lob an das gesamte Team! Jede und jeder Einzelne war ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und mehr als hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und perfekt zum Wohlfühlen nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen. Frühstück: alles frisch und lecker. Ein super Start in den Tag.
Die Lage ist eine solide Mischung: Wer gerne spazieren geht, erreicht die belebte Innenstadt in entspannten 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Alternativ hält der Bus praktisch vor der Tür.

Cons:

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann das Thema Decke: Ein Doppelbett mit nur einer großen Bettdecke für zwei Personen - der nächtliche Kampf war vorprogrammiert. :D Und die Kissen waren leider zu fest / nicht zum knautschen.

Sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereites und humorvolles Personal, sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Reception war immer persönlich besetzt. Sie haben und bieten sehr gute Alternativen für Personen mit Zöliakie. Das Servicepersonal weiss grundsätzlich über die Schwierigkeiten und die Kontaminationen Bescheid ist aber verbesserungsfähig. Das Zimmer und die Betten hatten einen etwas seltsamen Geruch. Ist aber vielleicht der Luftfeuchtigkeit zuzuschreiben. Das Zimmer hatte einen Wasserkocher, was wir ebenfalls geschätzt haben. Auch der Zimmerservice war in Ordnung und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer wie auch im Hotel war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Da sich das Servicepersonal so sehr bemüht für Zöliakiebetroffene wäre es besser wenn Sie die Lebensmittel generell besser separieren würden, damit andere Gäste entweder besser darauf hingewiesen werden, dass dies nur für glutenintolerante Personen ist oder wirklich in einem separaten Bereich oder nur mit Bedienung zugänglich gemacht würde. Ansonsten sind die Bemühungen fast hinfälllig. Der Geruch des Zimmers und des Bettes war etwas eigenartig und störend.
