Lovely stay in Galway
Pros:

Lovely large room with amazingly comfortable enormous bed. Everywhere very clean. Very good breakfast with many healthy options. The staff very friendly. A 20 minute walk to the town centre with many bars and restaurants with nightly live music. Would highly recommend

Wir suchten ein Hotel in Galway primär als Basislager für unsere Ausflüge und Erkundungen der Westküste, weniger ein Hotel im Stadtzentrum. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist zwar umgeben von stark befahrenen Straßen, das war jedoch im Zimmer kein Problem, das Hotel ist auch nicht hellhörig.
Großzügiges Zimmer mit einem tollen und großen Kingsize-Bett. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit großer Auswahlmöglichkeit. Großzügige Bar und Restaurantbereich.
Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche, engagierte und professionelle Personal!

Cons:

Lediglich eine ebenerdige Dusche, anstatt einer Badewanne, hätte uns besser getaugt.
Das sollte man in der Beschreibung, v.a. für Menschen mit Einschärkungen, evtl. etwas konkreter darstellen
Aber das ist im UK und Irland wohl eh' der Standard ....

Super čistý hotel👍
Pros:

Čistota, velký super pokoj, skvělá koupelna. Vynikající personál.

Cons:

Snídaně trochu horší- úplně chyběla zelenina, ovoce málo.
Trochu daleko od centra, ale taxi nás odvezlo, takže ve finále vše super.

great accommodation spoiled by poor attitude to the customers experience.
Pros:

upon arrival staff efficient in checking us in. the Hotel was very well decorated, and quite impressive, the bar staff were great, the room was excellent, it felt very new, very clean, very well furnished, big walk in shower was great.

Cons:

Everything was great until the next morning, we were woken up by very loud techno music at 7.30, now I understand that ignorant anti-social guests can be a problem but this went on for over an hour, whilst this was going on contactors started hammering and using drills, I don't know if it was the contractors playing the music while they worked, but this is not what I expect from a Hotel of this quality, I did bring it to the attention of the receptionist who just said sorry, that was it.
