Lovely hotel within walking distance of Galway city centre
With the recent heat wave, maybe a flat sheet would be an option rather than a light duvet on the bed.
Fabulous stay in this hotel. Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Was upgraded to King Size room which was super spacious and so comfy. Reakfast excellent with great choice. Would highly recommend and fantastic value for money.

Friendly staff, lovely big room. Free parking.
The price was outrageously expensive almost 600 Euro for 2 nights without breakfast. Its a 25 minute walk to the city on a very busy road, taxi takes longer because of heavy traffic.

The breakfast buffet was really good, but you have to be sure to have it included in your room rate. Otherwise, there will be an additional charge. It was well worth the slightly higher rate. Also, it helps to have breakfast available in the hotel because there aren't many breakfast places closeby.
It was a little further from downtown Galway than I thought. It seemed possible to walk and it may be, but the area around the Menlo Park is a bit highway and commercial. It didn't seem pedestrian friendly. We wound up taking Uber downtown.
