Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum See gebucht. Der Blick war Dachbalken und See. Es war relativ dunkel. Das Essen war in Ordnung.
Die Lage insgesamt sehr schön. Wanderung Richtung Drei Zinnen direkt möglich.

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel nix, aber Ende Mai fuhr kein Busshuttel, alle Hütten zu, Mautstrasse dauerausgebucht.

Pros:

Very comfortable location to visit Tre Cime and enjoy Lake Misurina and surroundings. Good beds and beddings. Nice heated pool.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable design of the room, it was quite spacious but most of the space unused.
The bathroom was too small, there was no space for the legs while sitting on the toilet.

Very low on amenities - I would not expect it from a 4 star hotel, no kettle, no coffee machine, nothing in the bathroom except some soap. No extra blankets, I had to go and ask for extra pillows.

There was everyday cleaning service, but it was not thorough, every time I found other people's hair in the bathroom.

The food at the hotel is below average. Breakfast, although abundant, is not tasty and does not change. Dinner was overpriced, overcooked and inadequate serving size.

A comfortable stay with breathtaking lake views, though parking and room allocation could be improve
Pros:

The accommodation was very comfortable with an excellent view. Even though our room was on the first floor, we still had a beautiful view of the lake. The view was definitely the most impressive part of our stay! The staff were fine, and the breakfast was delicious. Also, a huge shoutout to the staff for their incredible honesty and helpfulness: I accidentally dropped my credit card in the parking lot (thinking I lost it down by the lake) and couldn't find it anywhere, but the hotel staff found it, kept it safe, and called me up in my room. I was so lucky and deeply grateful to them—otherwise, I would have had to go through the hassle of blocking the card.

Cons:

The hotel parking was very tight and completely full when we arrived. We requested rooms close to each other but were placed on opposite sides of the building (though I assume this was because we booked two different room types, so the layout might not have allowed them to be together). Additionally, one of our rooms had no drinking glasses. When I went down to ask the reception, they told me I had to get them from the bar myself. It felt like too much of a hassle, so I didn't bother.

Locatie is perfect om de wandeling (Drei zinnen) te doen

Cons:

Hotel is wel een beetje gedateerd, bed is goed, ontbijt is goed, kamers zijn schoon. Prijs is wel hoog, maar je betaalt
de ligging van het hotel. Groot balkon maar wij keken tegen een muur aan. Dus geen uitzicht.

Okay, but will not come back
Pros:

Service people, food

Cons:

Rooms are old and damaged. Hotel rooms need renovation.
Reception ask to pay at the arrival and even the price was clear with the reservation, the Hotel had charged 720 Euro to much.
It was an unusual process to get the money back and it took more days after checkout.

Skønt hotel med fantastisk morgenbuffen
Pros:

Fantastisk udvalg I morgenbuffen, og skøn mandlige tjener med humor. Dejlig stor værelse med moderne badeværelse. Gode madrasser. Dejligt med parkering lige udenfor hotellet og gratis

Cons:

Var skuffet over at få et værelse på stueplan helt inde ved bjergsiden. Havde booket 7 mdr inden. Udsigten over søen var ikke optimal og altanen var lige over parkeringspladsen, så den brugte vi ikke, da der var larm
