Pros:

Great location for visiti the Tre Cime.
The view of the lake from the restaurant is magic.

Cons:

The quality of the food was less than What one would expect in a GRAND hotel. The set menu was not worth the price

Cena nie proporcjonalna do standardu, jest podyktowana wyłącznie lokalizacją. Personel na recepcji bywał zagubiony moimi pytaniami i prośbami (brak szkolenia?), a do recepcji była ciągła kolejka. Brak szklanek w pokoju, tylko plastikowe kubki jednorazowe. Pokój ciemny, wysunięty dach zasłaniał widok i dostęp światła. Kawa w restauracji była z proszku - niesmaczna (na prawdziwą, mieloną kawę chodziliśmy zewnętrznego do baru pod hotelem). Mało warzyw w ofercie śniadaniowej, jak również same śniadania raczej kiepskiej jakości.

Great location for us. Some areas could be improved, but overall a good stay.
Pros:

Location is convenient for our trip plan. Room is very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Our original assigned rooms were not ideal, but the front desk helped switched our rooms to better ones so we were very glad and satisfied. Free parking is handy.

Cons:

Dinner buffet was average. Shower space is tiny. Mini fridge is not cold enough.

レイクビューの部屋で、ミズリーナ湖の眺めを堪能できました。
お部屋はゆったりして、居心地が良かったです。
早朝にトレチーメに行く予定だったので、朝早くにチェックアウトするつもりでしたが、チェックイン時に相談すると、お昼まで無料でチェックアウトを伸ばしてくれてとても嬉しかったです。

Cons:

お部屋に電気ポットがありませんでした。
駐車場に入るには、ゲートでインターホンを鳴らす必要があります。

Location on the lake is just beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Pool in basement is updated and nice. Breakfast was good. 15 min drive from Tre Cime. Grocery store right next door.

Cons:

We got 3 rooms for our group - 2 suites and 1 superior. The superior cost more and was not “superior”. The suites had 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms and cookies…. Our superior room was a single room with 1 bathroom. So illogical and caused quite the confusion at checkin. The rooms are a bit dated and no AC. It’s a rustic location so not a lot of options for restaurants nearby. There’s a hotel parking lot but if you leave for dinner and come back you might not find a spot (in high season -late June)

Cons:

主要是员工，前台check，对中国人有歧视的言语，我们定去泳池游泳时间的时候，她打电话过去，特意强调我们是中国人！另外，酒店的餐真的难吃！
