Ubicacion excelente, hotel notable.
Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación, muy cerca de tre cime de lavaredo para hacer la ruta.
La habitación es muy amplia, con vistas al lago. El desayuno completo y bien.
No probamos el spa, no nos dio tiempo pero tenía muy buen aspecto.

Cons:

El precio es algo caro para lo que pudimos aprovechar.
En general la estancia bastante bien.

Misleading depiction of room types which spoils what is otherwise a decent hotel in lovely location

Location on lake Misurina is lovely. The building has charm with some nice wooden features

Cons:

The room we were given was not at all like the photos of it when we booked. Our “lake view” was almost entirely obscured by an overhanging roof and a large metal bracket across the window, there was no balcony, no four poster bed and far smaller dimensions. When we complained to reception staff they said that the rooms within the category we had booked were all different and we shouldn’t expect to get one that looked like the ones they advertised. This feels like a deceptive practice to fool you into paying more for a room that you don’t end up staying in. It’s a shame as if the rooms were accurately advertised and you could either save money on a small room with partial view, or spend more and know you actually get a superior room, it could be a nice place to stay
