Pros:

1. The hotel is a traditional hotel renewed... great!
2. The staff is kind and helpfull. I mention specially Magda, who takes care of breakfast professionally.
3. Good parking only 30 m from the hotel. The man in charge of the parking is very kind and helpfull

La bañera del cuarto de baño es alta y resbaladiza. Hay que llevar mucho cuidado!

Séjour à Sibiu
Pros:

Vieil hôtel historique au cœur de la jolie ville de Sibiu et situé dans les rues piétonnes, excellent petit-déjeuner copieux, chambre propre, parking gratuit pour les résidents des lieux.L'établissement présente un cachet un peu kitsch et on semble remonter le temps dans ses couloirs.

Baie veche foarte mica si murdara. Camera foarte mare dar prost asezata stil foarte vechi. Nu merita 4 stele niciodată.

Incredible history in a stunning building- amazing breakfast and lovely spa.
Pros:

Such a grand hotel with incredible history. I really felt the history and the atmosphere during my stay. The architecture of the building is stunning. The hotel must have been even more magnificent in its prime days! The service at the hotel was brilliant, I arrived really early before check in as I got a night train, and the staff found me an upgraded room so I could go up and get some rest. I appreciated this so much and every other staff member I spoke to was lovely. The bed was really comfortable and the furniture was lovely, engraved with the hotels initials. There was a nice big smart TV and the bathroom was really relaxing. The Spa and swimming pool was fantastic, small but had a lovely steam room and sauna and you could use it as much as you liked. Breakfast was amazing, a big hot and cold buffet, and even some fizz! I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as good as this. I would definitely stay here again. Location is also great.

Cons:

Some people may find some of the property furnishings and style a bit dated and the fitness room really does need an upgrade- the carpet in there should be replaced with a hard floor. With a few upgrades and more products were provided in the bathroom- this place could be 5 star.

Recepția și restaurantul sunt decente, iar personalul a fost amabil, profesionist și dornic să ajute pe tot parcursul șederii. De asemenea, micul dejun a fost foarte gustos, variat și oferit din belșug, fiind unul dintre punctele forte ale experienței. Locația hotelului este excelentă pentru cei care doresc să fie chiar în centrul orașului.

Cons:

Am fost dezamăgit de raportul calitate–preț oferit de acest hotel. Camera primită (213)a fost extrem de mică, foarte uzată și nicidecum la standardul unui hotel de 4 stele. Deși camera era curată, mobilierul și dotările lăsau mult de dorit.
Televizorul era foarte vechi, cu un aspect care amintește de modelele de acum câteva decenii, iar ușa băii era vizibil deteriorată, aflându-se într-un stadiu avansat de degradare. Camera era împărțită pe două niveluri din cauza tavanului înalt, iar accesul la pat se făcea pe trepte. Atât spațiul de la nivelul inferior, cât și zona destinată patului erau foarte înguste și incomode.

Patul a fost, de asemenea, prea mic pentru confortul meu. Având o înălțime de 183 cm, m-am lovit în repetate rânduri în timpul nopții de cadrul din lemn de la capătul patului și de marginile acestuia, ceea ce a afectat considerabil calitatea odihnei.

Prețul camerei este comparabil cu cel al hotelurilor din marile capitale occidentale, însă ceea ce se oferă în realitate nu corespunde cu imaginile prezentate pe Booking.com. Fotografiile creează așteptări care nu sunt confirmate la fața locului.
Pentru locație, personal, restaurant și mic dejun aș acorda o notă bună, însă camera în sine a fost mult sub așteptări.

Scurt si practic pentru o noapte
Pros:

Micul dejun foarte bun si diversificat. Locatia foarte buna, aproape de Piata Mare.

Cons:

Nu prea mi-a placut camera. Nu m-a deranjat scara interioara, nici ca aceasta cam scartîia. As fi vrut sa fie la zona de jos macar un WC de serviciu, sa nu-i deranjam pe cei de sus in timpul noptii.

Too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Best location in the pedestrian old town, very close to everything. Big clean rooms and friendly staff, breakfast was nice and varied. Bed was very confortable. Old history building with charm.

Cons:

The hotel needs urgently a renovation. Window in the room was stuck, bottom of pool in the spa broken, everything is old and very used. Breakfast was good, but table clothes dirty were not changed between guests and we had to sit on dirty tables. The juice at breakfast absolutely dissgusting, not fresh. The curtain for the bathtub was also not appropiate for a hotel.

We would definitely recommend this amazing historical hotel
Pros:

This beautiful old hotel is right in the heart of the old town. We loved the situation, the staff, our room, the free parking and the beautiful breakfast. Absolutely no problems at all.

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Betten sehr gut.

Cons:

Bei offenem Fenster ziemlich laut, Badewanne alt, aber sauber. Allerdings empfiehlt es sich nicht, im angegliederten Restaurant zu essen. Nudeltaschen und Pommes waren nahezu ungenießbar!
