It’s in the city center , the room was quite big .
The smell in the room and bathroom, the noise at 6:00 AM coming from the car uploading the garbage in the back street .

Excellent hotel in the perfect location! It is right on Sibiu's main square, just a short walk from the Bridge of Lies and all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
When we arrived, we had an issue with our rooms, but Sebastian at the front desk handled everything quickly and professionally. He immediately upgraded us to better rooms, and his excellent service really made a difference.
The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of food to start the day.
Overall, thanks to the outstanding location, friendly staff, and especially Sebastian's exceptional customer service, we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
The hotel could benefit from a bit more maintenance, as some areas feel slightly worn. However, it is located in a beautiful historic building, so this is understandable and does not take away from its unique charm and excellent location.

The location is perfect as it fronts the pedestrian mall & is just 50m from the large plaza which is the heart of the historical centre of Sibiu. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful medieval buildings and is itself a fabulous "old world" building that has been lovingly restored and maintained.

La ubicación es perfecta y tiene muy buen restaurante. Cenamos en la terraza; era muy agradable, con muy buen servicio y muy buena comida. Tuvieron el detalle de subirnos de categoría de habitación, a una muy amplia. Las vistas desde la habitación daban a una de las calles principales de la ciudad, que es super acogedora.
La piscina estaba un poco descuidada, pero la sauna estaba bien.
