Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, der Saal war schön, Zimmer war ok. Wir haben 2 Bettchen für unsere Kleinkinder bekommen.
Das Klimagerät hat gestunken, wegen eines Festivals war es bis Mitternacht sehr laut, Spabereich war sehr klein und nicht besonders sauber.

La chambre en mezzanine le partie lit était très chaude et la climatisation est une ancienne clim qui fait un bruit infernal donc sur on a chaud soit, on a du Bruit

Do not be fooled by the grand lobby and the beautiful restaurant area. Behind the elegant facade is a story of completely neglected room maintenance and a total failure of basic customer service.
My stay was an absolute disaster. My first room had an incredibly loud, broken air conditioning unit. After complaining, I was downgraded to a smaller room with no view. The AC in the second room leaked so heavily that the carpet was completely soaked. When maintenance arrived with a water vacuum, they casually dismissed it, claiming that "all the hotel's AC units leak if left on too long." To make matters worse, the shower curtain in the bathroom was too short, turning the entire bathroom floor into a massive, slippery puddle every time I showered
Worst of all, the housekeeping staff threw out or stole a paper shopping bag from my room containing a priceless personal item—a fan gifted to me by my late husband.
When I asked for compensation, the front desk repeatedly stonewalled me, falsely claiming they couldn't do anything because I booked through Booking.com. They offered insulting restaurant discounts, completely ignoring that my breakfast was already included. Every promise that a manager would call me was a lie; I spent my entire stay being avoided by management. I never once got to speak to anyone in charge.
Avoid this hotel. They will take your money, provide sub-standard rooms, lose your sentimental belongings, and then completely hide from you when you ask for accountability.
