Super Lage, großes Zimmer, modernes Bad, Essen sehr gut, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Personal sprach nur englisch und italienisch obwohl außerhalb ( Hütten, Lifte, Geschäfte) fast jeder deutsch sprach.

Die Lage ist super. Sauna kostenfrei. Nie überfüllt.

Cons:

Ohne Englischkenntnisse wäre es schwierig geworden. Das Essen war oft nicht mehr warm. Als aus 2 Restaurants 1 gemacht wurde, wurde es sehr voll und eng im Restaurant. Auch wir hatten plötzlich nicht mehr unseren uns zugewiesenen Tisch. Die Baggerarbeiten für den riesigen Erdaushub (da wird wohl ein neues Haus/Hotel gebaut) waren teils echt laut und begannen 7.30 Uhr. Aus Arbeitersicht normal, aber für Urlauber ärgerlich.
Alles in allem aber ein wunderbares Hotel, wir kommen wieder!

Die Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber

Cons:

Alles - wir sind mit Hund angereist und beim Check-In wurden wir sehr unhöflich darauf hingewiesen, dass nur Hunde bis 10 kg akzeptiert werden und wir hätten die Beschreibung des Hotels nicht gelesen. Wir haben angeboten, dass wir die zusätzlichen Spesen bezahlen, aber laut Rezeption gäbe es hier kein Kompromiss und die einzige Möglichkeit wäre, dass wir uns ein anderes Zimmer im Nachbarhotel nehmen müssen - natürlich auf unsere Kosten. Es kam also so weit, dass die Möglichkeit war abzureisen oder ein weiteres Hotelzimmer zu buchen, wir haben uns für Zweiteres entschieden und haben aber Abendessen und Früchstück im Hotel gegessen.

Essen war im Bufffetform - kalt und nicht lecker, absolut nicht angemessen für ein vier Sterne Hotel.

Schwimmbad ist kalt, nichts für Kinder. Man muss eine Schwimmhaube tragen, welche man für zwei Euro kaufen muss.

Vor dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle.

Allgemein ist das Personal sehr unhöflich.

Говорят на Английском, я на немецком, даже не пытались что то объяснить когда у меня были вопросы.
Были нюансы в ресторане, плесень в колбе с соком на заправке.
Плесень в бассейне, и не понятное ограничение в бассейне не более 2 часов, при том что людей практически не было.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.

Cons:

Leider befand sich das Zimmer neben dem Schwimmbad und so hatte man Ausblick auf den Außenbereich des SPA - einschließlich diese Besucher Einblick ins Zimmer - und eine Baustelle auf der anderen Seite.

WLAN und Internet funktionierten nur teilweise.

Una settimana da favola
Pros:

Grazie di tutto ci hanno dato la possibilità di riposare in una camera confortevole abbiamo mangiato bene ma soprattutto lo staff di è stato impeccabile Tony, Gabriella, Matteo, Flora , Andrea ecc questi sono alcuni dei nomi che ricordo con affetto!

Pros:

Ottima struttura! Soggiorno di sole due notti ma più che sufficiente per valutare l'alto livello della struttura e dei servizi offerti. Anche il buffet, semplice, ma buono in cui meritano una nota di merito i dolci, che ritengo essere di produzione propria o comunque artigianale. Valore aggiunto sopra la media, che merita menzione a parte, la gentilezza e la simpatia di tutto il personale.
