Great location, spacious and bright.
Nothing specific. Could maybe do with a bit of refresh and upgrades. Amenities were maybe on the basic side but did the job for what we needed.

This was my wedding night when I booked I asked for a room with a balcony we could sit out on and a nice view. We had none of that and you would of thought they would of done some little touches for the price we paid for the room. The guest house the night before was a lot better with personal touches wish we had stayed there as it was alot cheaper as well

The property is, Beautiful! Mansion like/Home like/. I am not a fan of high rise buildings. I like the idea of walking upstairs if the lift is busy. So quiet, no traffic noise, room was clean, big and well equipped.Iron, fan and complimentary tea,coffee biscuits…

The check in, parking and staff were great, but the room was very tired with significant damage. Not in keeping with a name brand hotel
Lots of damage and stains in the room. Not really what you’d expect of a BW hotel?
The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely mattress pillows had a good rest.
No air conditioning!! a fan was on the table but it only blew hot air around so temperature in room was just not cool enough. This spoilt my expectations of the room
