A perfect place to stay with staff and facilities to match!

Overall it served a purpose but for the cost of the stay it was extremely underwhelming value for money
Pros:

Well placed for what we were needing, plenty of places to go eat as it’s so expensive in the hotel

Cons:

It is way too dated, there needs to be a fresh interior in the whole hotel, the rooms don’t have a tv that is even HD and for £100 a night that’s the least you expect, there’s no forewarning that when you want to leave the hotel in your car you have to go to the check in desk to get a code that you then have to walk all the way back to your car to enter, for the price of the stay you’d expect there to be an LPR camera or something to let you out.

The hotel just needs to be brought forward in terms of it being stuck in the 90s and it would be well worth the money

If you are prepared to take a risk and it’s at a good price then go for it. However, I’ve stayed a lot at this venue (wo
Pros:

A couple of lovely ladies on reception and in the restaurant who were very helpful, cheerful and got things done.

Cons:

No consistency. Some staff members went above and beyond others couldn’t pick up the phone to chase something. One night £70 another time triple. Some rooms lovely others awful. Some food amazing other times shocking.
But mainly the lack of management over the place really let it down. There’s a don’t care feel about the place.
