A relaxing time spent with you.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Everything you could have wanted & more. The evening meal was also excellent although a little pricey.
The room amenities are a little low. We had to ask for a top up after having only one cup of tea.

Cons:

There was no decaff tea or coffee in the rooms. This was disappointing. You shouldn't have to ask for these things in today's society in a hotel of such expense

Great restaurant, food, location and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant decor in public areas. Good sized rooms

Cons:

The rooms we had two one was an upgrade we paid extra for. Unfortunately the rooms are looking tired and dated. The upgraded room being the worst. It had large cracks in the sink and would not hold water. We brought this to the attic the young man at reception who explained there were no other rooms available, which I question as the hotel appeared to be quiet and the car park was far from full. I would have expected the paid upgrade to be returned, due to this but was not forthcoming.
