The room was a good size, very comfortable as well as clean and tidy. I felt disappointed I was only staying for one night. All of the staff were welcoming and accommodating.
My only very slight complaint was that the shower wasn't very powerful. And possibly a non-slip mat should be provided within the bath (as the shower is in the bath.) I could also hear the droning of the extractor fan from the kitchens - but it wasn't as bad as another hotel that I've stayed in. Plus the staff must have come out of the kitchens around 11pm-11.15pm and were noisy - and maybe should be more considerate that they are near bedrooms.
I also think there could be better signage to the bedrooms with some numbering. As there is no confirmation which corridors lead to which room numbers.
