The hotel is in a good location for public transport. The staff are friendly and can communicate in English, which is convenient for visitors who aren't familiar with Spanish. The breakfast is simple, but not too bad.
As the bus station is nearby, the area can be quite busy and noisy at night and early in the morning. There is no kettle in the room or communal drinking water available. The bathroom floor is also very slippery, so you need to be careful. Unfortunately, the hairdryer in my room was broken.
Comodas camas, desayuno buffete variado, se queda sastisfecho, habitacion limpia, ventaja quedar al lado del terminal de buses, el sector no es de lo mejor de Santiago, pero la policia esta apostada a las afueras asi que da tranquilidad. Tienen custodia de equipaje sin costo si se llega temprano, o se requiere despues de hacer checkout

Un hotel bastante simple, sin mucha más comodidad que un lugar para dormir y bañarse, con un desayuno simple, pero buffet. Está limpio y queda enfrente a una terminal de la que parten/llegan buses al aeropuerto.
La habitación está bastante descuidada (más allá de que nada hay que decir sobre la limpieza), incluso la cortina en la ventana tiene sus años y esta desgastada.
