Pros:

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo meraviglioso hotel e non vedo l'ora di tornarci. Il servizio è cordiale, l'atmosfera è accogliente, l'hotel stesso è arredato con gusto alpino e dalle finestre si gode di una splendida vista sul fiume di montagna. Ma soprattutto, il personale è professionale e le colazioni sono deliziose.

It was OK, just not what we expected based on other people’s reviews… the restaurant staff and food redeemed the propert

The staff were wonderful, at the reception and restaurant (especially Mr Alexandro) which significantly improved the experience. The wellness center was a pleasant surprise when it rained and we couldn’t do anything else…

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a pervasive bad smell, like sewer throughout the hotel… and one if the rooms was really small, not really suitable for 2 people and none of our rooms had any pleasant view, which was unfortunate for being in such a nice place … The garage/ parking was not included, although not expensive at 10 euro/ day - nearby public parking would have been cheaper for just 5 euros/ day

La Thuile e l'hotel sono stare una piacevole sorpresa
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, proprio al centro del paese, l'edificio è molto bello ed elegante, il personale è molto comunicativo, simpatico e collaborativo. La colazione è ottima il ristorante buono

piacevole ma a questi prezzi avremo altre alternative molto migliori.
Cons:

la colazione e la struttura in generale non e' all'altezza del prezzo ; posto carino diciamo che e' un buon 3 stelle; pur considerando la posizione e il picco del periodo da noi scelto il prezzo non e' assolutamente in linea con tutto il contesto.

le caractère convivial des personnels du restaurant et parlant français ; l'espace spa - détente ; la terrasse du bar
