Bonito lugar, gente muy amable.
Pros:

Lo fácil para llegar al centro de Edimburgo.

Cons:

No había plancha disponible en el cuarto. Durante el servicio a la habitación no nos dejaron shampoo. Nos tuvimos que lavar el pelo con el jabón líquido.

De ser o dia do aniversario do meu marido e de termos encontrado no quarto um miminho para ele a chegada. Foi muito especial da parte deles. O hotel e gerido pela família e são todos de uma simpatia louvável. Nós fazem sentir em casa e sempre bem-vindos, desde o momento em que fazemos a reserva, ate o momento do check out. Estão todos de parabéns.

Throughly recommend this wonderful hotel, it’s central, welcoming and the breakfast is great.

Very central and the staff and owners were very nice and helpful.

Only thing would be the steep stairs to carry the bags up.

Well located, clean and comfortable accommodation with excellent hosts.
Pros:

Well located accommodation walking distance from bus stop and shopping centre. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was included which provided extensive cold and hot options. Breakfast was excellent. Best about this stay was the excellent level of customer service from hosts Kevin and Susan. They were very friendly and made you feel valued. Would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Toller Aufenthalt in Edinburgh!
Pros:

Sehr, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen, das Frühstück war ein Traum, komplettes Büffet plus Karte zum Bestellen (inklusive!) Bushaltestelle um die Ecke - knapp 10 Minuten bis City Center. Wanderung auf den Arthurs Seat vom Hotel aus - ideal.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Welcoming with exceptional hospitality and fabulous breakfasts
Pros:

This hotel was wonderful. It was so nice to have a good breakfast to start our day with one of the best breakfasts we have had in our travels - cold or hot made to order - from a Scottish full breakfast, to eggs benedict to salmon with eggs on toast, porridge, fruits and pastries. It's conveniently located close to public transportation and within easy walking distance to some lovely restaurants. We enjoyed the peace, quiet and Victorian charm after a busy day out sightseeing. Kevin and Susan and their staff couldn't have been more welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We felt like we were coming home in the evening. Overall we found our stay excellent value , the property well maintained and the beds comfy. We highly recommend staying here and will do so again if in Edinburgh.

Una notte ad Edimburgo
Pros:

Hotel a circa 20min a piedi dal centro. Con un po’ di fortuna si può parcheggiare nei pressi della struttura. Bagno piccolo ma doccia molto spaziosa. Personale gentile e simpatico.

Cons:

La struttura è piuttosto vintage, la finestra della camera era bloccata (forse per motivi di sicurezza) e abbiamo avuto caldo. Diverse opzioni per la colazione ma la qualità è migliorabile.

Pros:

Poky room with no charm whatsoever, and the whole hotel could use a make over! The staff were helpful and friendly which redeemed the overall experience, but I would not stay there again. Breakfast was passable.

Service was top en personeel heel aardig! Uitzicht op Arthur's seat was ook mooi. Vrij oud hotel maar wel volledig ingericht.

Cons:

Bedden veel te smal, niet te doen. Ook oncomfortabel en het was erg gehorig. Slapen ging dus niet super, blij dat het 2 nachten was.
Warm ontbijt van de menukaart was prima, maar het koude buffet was matig. Voorverpakte croissantjes en cornflakes, ik had er iets meer van verwacht..
