Hotel que te hace sentir como en casa.
Pros:

El personal que atiende en el restaurante es excelente, tanto en atención como en simpatía, recordando nuestro número de habitación, haciéndonos sentir como en casa, y siempre con recomendaciones muy buenas sobre la comida.
En recepción ayudan con todas las dudas, o necesidades que tienes de manera muy profesional y el personal de puerta, también muy amable. En conclusión, si volvemos siempre al mismo hotel es sobre todo por el personal que hay.

Todo muy bien, no ocupo agregar nada, la estanciá fue muy amena, siempre nos reciben con la habitación muy limpia, el personal siempre amable.

Buena ubicación, el restaurante es delicioso y la atención muy buena

No le puede dar 10 porque quede en el piso que está abajo del gimnasio y se escuchar clarito cuando tiran las pesas al piso. Los dos últimos días me despertaron a las 4:30 am

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy bonita de la ciudad, la avenida donde se ubica tiene muchos restaurantes y lugares donde puedes convivir, se puede transitar a pie comodamente. Me encanto el lugar.

Cons:

Lo unico fue que no me pudieron facturar, pero me comunique a atención a clientes de Booking y me resolvieron la situación de inmediato. Así que no hubo problema alguno para obtener mi factura.

Cons:

The gin and tonic from the bar made me sick. Hotel staff was very helpful during that time. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The showerhead pointed at the bottom of the shower door so water would flow onto the bathroom floor. We informed the staff, but nothing was done during our stay. Also, we went to the pool area. The Jacuzzi unfortunately was not warm at all a little disappointing after several long days of walking. Would’ve been nice to get inside a nice hot Jacuzzi.
