My stay here was wonderful from the beginning to end. The service is next level- I was lucky enough to be checked in by the delightful super friendly Alice, who answered all my questions and provided handy information via WhatsApp to ensure I found the best places to eat, shop and visit . The breakfast buffet is excellent, the beds super comfy and location great to start your own adventure.

From the time we arrived service has been nothing short of exceptional. Big Shout Out to Tracy for making us feel so welcome. Having arrived early Tracy went out of her way to assist us and allowed us early check in to our room without charge also! Wow! The hotel is lovely. Reception/lounge area is very soothing and welcoming after a long few days of travel exactly what we needed. Thank you so much

Everything about this place was just perfect.
The room was beautifully designed in a soft pastel blue tone, which felt so calming and cozy.

The amenities were great, and every detail was well taken care of.
But what made the experience truly special was the staff – they were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive.

Breakfast was delicious as well, with plenty of options to enjoy.

Honestly, I loved everything about my stay here. It was my first time, but definitely not my last.
I can’t wait to come back again!

Stayed here one night and we liked it so much that we decided to stay another night! Thank you to Rachel (Linh) for a warm welcome and for being so accommodating for me and my friend. Rachel made sure we felt relaxed and had everything we needed for our trip. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. Short stay but everything was very comfortable, Jason was super helpful and organized an amazing Ninh Binh day tour for me. The room was nice, except the air conditioner could be stronger.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights recently. The hotel is centrally located, and the Reception Area was impressive. Even more impressive was Tracy, who was most welcoming and informative on our arrival. Unfortunately, our room was not up to expectations. The furniture, particularly the large wooden frame of the bed, was too clunky for the size of the room. I banged my shin bone on the edge of the bed frame several times, as did a travelling companion in another room. The size of the bed permitted only one bedside table. The shower was located in the bath, with a wrap-around curtain. It proved impossible to take a shower without water circling around the perimeter of the bath and falling onto the floor, resulting in our mopping up the floor on each occasion. Several of our group had the same experience, so it is clearly a design fault common to several rooms, at least.

Immediately I was greeted by Daniel who helped me with all my questions about Hanoi and graciously upgraded my room upon arrival. The location is prefect being just a short walk to the old town, but far enough to feel more local. Each morning the breakfast bar was very enjoyable with an amazing view of the lake which was quite a surprise. I was thrilled with the service and my stayed with everything being beyond expectation for the price.

The hotel and staff have been wonderful..Tracy and Quy attended to our needs quickly and efficiently . Great atmosphere, friendly staff, perfect for our time in Hanoi.

Very friendly staff overall, but a special mention to Tracy for helping me with my food poisoning. She brought me some medicine to help my stomach pain, and calmed me down from feeling too ill. I would recommend this hotel for sure !

From the moment we got to the hotel Daniel looked after us. He was so amazing. Organised everything g we needed.. room was spacious.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was modern and comfortable and the staff were amazing. Sophie gave us so many recommendations and checked up on us throughout and Hank went above and beyond showing us around and taking us to the best local food spots.
