Chic Twin Room hele fijne ruime kamer. Op de 8e en 9e verdieping geen geluidsoverlast gehad. Hotel hele goede prijs kwaliteit en goede locatie. Met grab ben je heel snel overal. Rooftop ook fijn en zwembad ook prima. Bij de receptie willen ze je met alles helpen.
Personeel op rooftop mag iets gezelliger zijn en de muziek mag ook wat gevarieerder. De rooftop zelf is sfeervol aangekleed en uitnodigend. Happy hour enkel voor alcohol houdende drankjes, dat is wel jammer.

The hotel exceeded expectations with its beautiful space, spacious, clean rooms, and meticulous service. Another big plus is its convenient location, just minutes from the Old Quarter and very close to West Lake. If you have any questions, you can contact Daniel; he's incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent services and facilities are very good.
We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The entire place exudes a luxurious space with an elegant classic design. Our bedroom was incredibly spacious, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that we got a perfect night's sleep every night.
The breakfast was outstanding! It was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste.
What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly lovely, enthusiastic, and always helpful with a genuine smile.
