Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was nice. Breakfast great. Didn’t get to use the pool or roof top bar unfortunately. Location was ok but would have preferred to be a little closer to area near night markets. By the way, note night markets only Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights! Be prepared that it is very hard walking along path ways as blocked with parked scooters etc all around that area.

The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests. This included local recommendations, filling up our bottles with filtered water and late checkout. They were all very professional and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is really good, great ambiance, and the staff is amazing! great service, would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in Vietnam! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly.

One suggestion for improvement would be to add a live counter for eggs and other non-vegetarian breakfast items, which would make the breakfast buffet even better.

The rooms were well maintained, and the service exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam. Looking forward to coming back again!

Location, rooms and staff, everything was just perfect. Would recommend for family with kids. Nice pool with superb view. 10/10 for the breakfast too. Trang at the reception helpfull and very competent.

We loved the hotel, breakfast was lovely, one of the receptionists Rachael was fantastic, she went over and beyond, she assisted us with restaurants, maps, spas and massages.

Breakfast was on the top floor in a beautiful room with views over the city. We were offered an a la carte breafast menu to choose dishes such as omelette and eggs benedict, and we also were able to choose and select from the buffet tables. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and kind.
The room was decorated to a high level and had everything that we needed. It was comfortable, spacious and quiet.
All staff that we came in contact with were so nice. One in particular stood out. He was called Daniel and he was on reception. When we checked out, he asked us where we were heading (Ha Long Bay) and we informed him that we had to go to a meeting point. He tried to help us order a Grab Taxi to the destination but realised it wasn't very precise so, with permission from ourselves, phoned the trip organisers and arranged for us to be collected from the hotel. It was so kind and he didn't have to do it as it was something booked away from the hotel but it really helped us out. Thank you, Daniel!!

The hotel is very polished, centrally located, and the breakfast is first rate! Beautiful views as well while you eat. The staff are also very attentive, helpful, and professional. A perfect place to come back to in a chaotic yet charming city. We loved having Le Jardín as our home base. 😊

Second stay. Great location and easy walk to old quarter. Both times Tracy Pham on reception has made our stay memorable. So helpful. Great place to start your Vietnam adventure. She set us up and helped us if anything went wrong on our outside activities.

I had great experiences while staying at Le Jardin Haute Couture. The room is spectacular, very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. A receptionist, called Alice, suggested me intriguing historic sites nearby that I’m so grateful for that.

I cannot recommend the Le Jardin Haute couture highly enough. From its central location, amenities, service and staff. To that end I would like to single out Rachel at reception.
During our stay she was outstanding; recommending places to dine in and visit, in a professional and friendly manner.
