The property is super clean, the breakfast was amazing and the staff are all so kind. The swimming pool and rooftop restaurant are also amazing. Would definitely recommend! :)

Just out side the. Old Quarter. Easy walking distance to everything. Grab was used for things further away. Amazing staff and food was fantastic. Room was comfy and spacious. A traveler’s dream
The breakfast was great with gluten free bread and made to order omelets. The staff were fantastic and offered great service. We also loved the pool and the bar, worth a visit at sunset and at night, and you also get a discount as a guest.
The rooms were not completely noise free as we could hear people sometimes in the hallway or next door, but this is a hard ask for the other buildings in Hanoi.

Can be a bit noisy on the 11th floor in the morning, because breakfast area is right above. Some felt pads under the chairs might fix it!

It's very convenience to the walk street almost 5~10mins. Its so cleaning room I'm sleep very well. So i think the breakfast is so rich especially the noodles it tastes so good！！it's suit the Chinese tast！the receptionist is so kind coz i take a very heavy language n all of them so enthusiastic especially Daniel. If I have the chance to visit Hanoi, Vietnam again next time, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Our experience at Le Jardin Hotel was amazing. We landed in the morning and Daniel was available at the front desk to assist us. He guided us patiently on our day tour following a physical map when we revealed this was an impromptu trip for us. He voluntarily shared good restuarants and was a pleasant help. Upon requesting he even managed to alot us a room a little early so we could rest after our day exploring.
The hotel is close to the main old quarter but still a little away from the busy areas, balancing peaceful stay and close connectivity.
There are many artworks lined up in the waiting lobby, giving you a glimpse of art gallery.
The also have a rooftop restuarant and a pool, highly recommend to check that out.

My stay here was wonderful from the beginning to end. The service is next level- I was lucky enough to be checked in by the delightful super friendly Alice, who answered all my questions and provided handy information via WhatsApp to ensure I found the best places to eat, shop and visit . The breakfast buffet is excellent, the beds super comfy and location great to start your own adventure.
From the time we arrived service has been nothing short of exceptional. Big Shout Out to Tracy for making us feel so welcome. Having arrived early Tracy went out of her way to assist us and allowed us early check in to our room without charge also! Wow! The hotel is lovely.
