Pros:

Spacious room
Pros:

We spent 4 nights here. Having stayed last year in their newer Annex just down the street, and having like the area, we decided to stay here at their orginal hotel this time. Whilst an older building, it was nonetheless spotless and well maintained. The room was quite spacious, and nicely updated, and though the bathroom was dated it was also spotlessly clean. Nice views from the room, and a quiet location. The onsen was very nice, and we enjoyed our time there. Overall, a very good hotel.

Kỳ nghỉ tốt đẹp, khách sạn đạt yêu cầu, vị trí thuận lợi là điểm cộng cho khách sạn

大阪旅行ではいつも宿泊させていただいてます
Pros:

お部屋はキレイで居心地はよかった。
そして、隣の部屋の音とかも気にならないくらい静かで、遮光カーテンを閉めるとかなりお部屋が暗くなるので、寝やすかった。

Cons:

トイレのドアが古くて音がギーッと鳴る。またエアコンの吹き出し口から水が垂れてきていた。
お部屋にマグカップはおいてあるが、グラスが置いてないので、置いてくれると飲み物とか飲むのに助かる。

Lo staff molto gentile e professionale.
Pros:

Comodo ai servizi. Stazione JR a 2/3 minuti, metro a poco più di 10 minuti e stazione di Osaka-Umeda a circa 15 minuti.
Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel.
Vista ottima dal 22 piano.

Cons:

C'era un cattivo odore nella camera, forse dovuto alla moquette.

観光に便利で、部屋も大きめ
Pros:

全体的に大変快適でした！家族で4泊しました。
ホテルは、新大阪駅(新幹線到着駅)からJR大阪駅で乗り換えて一駅目の福島駅目の前にあります。荷物が多いと乗り換えが大変かもですが、私たちには便利でした。参考まで、ユニバーサルスタジオまで4駅(途中乗り換えあり)とかなり近く便利でした。梅田も徒歩圏内。心斎橋、難波エリアは電車で15-20分くらい。ホテル周りにコンビニ、無数のレストランがあってこちらも便利でした。
ホテルの部屋は他のチェーンホテルより遥かにゆとりがあります。荷物が多い人にはありがたいと思います。温泉は良かった！追加で一人毎回800円しましたが、数回利用しました。(宿泊客無料だったら尚ありがたいです)
スタッフの方々がいつも挨拶をしてくれて、気持ちの良い滞在になりました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

全館冷房が効きすぎていて常に寒かったです。特に朝食のレストランが寒かった。部屋は温度調整可能でしたが、消すことは出来なかったのが寒がりの私にはマイナスポイントでした。
