Não tinha copo para água, geladeira não funcionava, aquecedor só no quarto, sala não tinha mesmo pagando mais caro para mais gente. Passaram frio na sala.

No es una hotel para descansar y el precio no es lo que vale.
Cons:

La habicación que recibi tenía las paredes sucias y el piso. He pedido cambiarla y me han dado una nueva en el piso 15 pero el agua caliente no salía (no salia agua, grifo dañado). Lo notifique y me han dicho que fue arreglado pero al día siguiente nuevamente no habia agua.
La llave electronica no funcionaba y baje del piso 15 a recepecion 4 veces para pedir que reprogramaran la tarjeta pero la señora de recepición la segunda vez ya no fue amable. Al final enviaron al tecnico de mantenimiento del hotel y efectivamente el problema era en la cerradura que ya no tenia bataria.

El desayuno riquísimo. Un 10 los scones!!! Muy limpio!!!! Y excelente ubicación

Cons:

Los colchones estaban muy hundidos. De 5 dias, 2 nos bañamos con agua fría. Cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que teníamos que dejar correr el agua unos 10 minutos!!! Y después de eso, salió tibia.
